From the beginning, Jess was incredibly informative, helpful, and responsive. She answered all of my questions, made the process easy to understand, and was always willing to help. That level of customer service immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right place for my training.
The ground school was an excellent experience, and I genuinely feel like I learned more than I paid for. Dave Daniels is extremely skilled at his trade and has a unique ability to take complicated information and present it in a way that is understandable and relatable, even for pilots with little or no experience with jets, high-altitude operations, or crew environments. He brought real-world experience into the classroom through his personal experiences, which made the material much more engaging and meaningful. More importantly, it was obvious that Dave genuinely cared about us as pilots. He took an interest in our individual stories, where we had been in our careers, and where we wanted to go. You could tell he was invested in helping each of us succeed.
The simulator portion was a blast. Bill Featherston is an extremely experienced pilot and an excellent instructor. He was patient as we learned the systems, flows, and procedures of the 767, while also challenging us to improve. He shared a tremendous amount of practical knowledge about the airplane and how to operate it effectively in a crew environment. He provided great examples of both what to do and what not to do, helping connect the classroom material to the practical application of flying a transport-category aircraft. The simulator experience gave us valuable exposure to crew resource management, cockpit procedures, aircraft systems, and decision-making in a realistic environment, which made the ATP/CTP training feel much more complete.
Overall, Bell Murray Aerospace exceeded my expectations. The quality of instruction, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine investment in their students made this an outstanding experience.
