Several years ago based on some recommendation I had Bell install a Heat Pump in my home. I had issues with Bell the entire time and since the installation have had 2 leaks and countless other issues. Karaco/Ron and his team have been over numerous times to fix Bell's installation issues and head off other problems. They have replaced the drain lines, fixed issues with the drain pans and blower installation issues. Their costs have been significantly less than what I expected and had been quoted by other companies. Experience: Top Notch Cost: lower than many competitors in the area Personality: Ron, Ian and Andrea have been a delight to talk to and work with Reliability: Top Notch: when i had my second leak, they arrived within hours and replaced the rest of the drain system this is the company you want working on your system

Yes, there are always more technical details, but it came down to just needing a temporary fix after a very cold month. It shouldn't be a big deal to work within your customer's parameters. It does factor in later when they need a bigger overhaul.

Best Buy came through with delivering the new unit, but we also needed a new cut-off switch. His team came on a short notice, installed it, no problems. We then had another issue, where all of the sudden, while I was showering, it started raining just downstairs from the recessed lighting fixtures. That issue, too, they came, saw, and fixed. Finally, we had flooding in our basement. Twice, about 6 months apart. The first time, despite my anxiety, he managed to convince me that we should not grab someone for a Sunday emergency service, since that's going to be way more expensive. He was right, because at the time the issue was both intermittent and thus unsolvable. We didn't see the issue again for about 10 months. Fast-forward, and the issue happened again. This time we caught it and figured out exactly what needed to be done. His team fixed it quickly and hopefully, we won't see the issues again.

He had to go into the wall and fix things because the way they had set up the feed was just not even close to being right. Great, right? Now about two years later I had a pipe burst in the heating system. I managed to shut everything down myself and called to schedule someone to come over. Very good and prompt in getting back to me but in all honesty I wound up going with someone else for half the price they had wanted to charge. I am inclined to say they do good work but at the time I called it was in the middle of a cold snap when it was a gold rush of sorts as this was happening all around and they were going to take advantage of the situation. I don't know if I would use them again as I had one very good experience and then avoided using them a second time and getting milked.

They flooded my ceiling. That I just had fixed. And they were very expensive, so do not use drain snake drain company. I had no choice because of my complex. And I knew they were gonna blame it on me. Because they both worked together, they both scams. The drain company and the manned Heritage Hills management. First of all, there's no inside drain that costs $433 to clock to unclog. It was an outside drain. But they're so unreliable in such liars and scam artists that they blame everything on the homeowners. So don't use theirs use b and j's because they talked to me that night. And they told me that it was an outside pipe that if they came on a saturday, they would have to charge me extra money, so they were nice enough to be honest and they came back monday. But it was all done.So if they would have came back monday earlier, I would have had it done for half the price.Probably snake drain company is a ripo. That's because they deal with management.Heritage hills management, because they're a total rip off too. What we do is assessments, and have to pay increases. All the time and get nothing done. And when we be a one man said they start a project and they leave it, and then they start another one, it's true. They do have to paint us falling off half the houses and half the paint on some of the houses are different color green
