As soon as you pick a dress, they will take it to a fitting room where an associate will greet you and zip/unzip your dress (so no damages are done), which makes for a more personal experience. The sales associates made me feel very comfortable trying on dresses and always pointed out a positive to any dress I put on. There was a great selection of dresses on the floor; most came in a variety of colors and sizes available to order online also! I found a dress from the floor that I loved in good condition and at a very reasonable price!! I was able to register my dress so no one else could get the same one in the same color at my school. With 25 different types, we thought it best to have a trained salesperson help him. Carolyn started by measuring his feet. It came as no surprise that the size, and shoes sold to him, from that popular shoe outlet, were not correct as far as length and width.
