I cannot believe the terrible service this store provides. My daughter was accused of shoplifting. I am beyond livid! The owner outright accused her because she didn't leave her purse outside the fitting room! My daughter was so upset and embarrassed. For an owner and sales workers to accuse an innocent child of theft is reprehensible! They simply made an unfounded accusation and asked her to leave the store! I hope this place closes soon. They have zero business being in this line of work with the way the treat their CUSTOMERS! You can rest assured I'll be in there to discuss this with them! read more

Do not shop here. If you are unhappy with a purchase, they will not give you a cash refund even if it's within the 14 day window that's written on the receipt. I never shop here but needed something last minute that ended up not fitting and they would only give me store credit which unfortunately does not work for me as I don't want anything they have to offer in the store. read more

Terrible terrible terrible Very rude staff Bought a shirt and was not informed the store does not accept refunds, even the next day. Would have been nice to be told that instead of trying to decipher their very confusing sign If it had not said Sales Items, maybe I would have asked before I bought anything. Wish I could give 0 stars! My friend and I stopped in while on the search for a graduation dress. We loved many pieces in the store but became highly uncomfortable after the rude and distasteful treatment by the staff. As I was lead to the dressing room to try on a dress I was told to leave my purse outside the dressing room. Understandable as I can see shoplifting being an issue, however as my friend waited me outside the dressing room she witnessed several other women being led into the dressing room, none of whom were asked to leave their bags outside the room. I could have been over reacting however after the already hostile attitudes from staff it felt like a very targets request. Ended up leaving immediately. Will NOT be returning. read more

I love this store so much! Half my closet probably comes from here. The clothes are always decent quality and always statement pieces. I love going to the 50% sale rack in the back, and they always have the best whole store sales, esp around the holidays. I know a bunch of the workers really well and they are always stylish and helpful. I will always shop here. Cheers to Stylexchange. My friend and I went in the other day to just look. I ended up grabbing two tops while I walked around the store. I decided it wasn't worth it to try them on or buy them, so I put the tops back (exactly where I found them). We walked out and went to Old Navy, we did one lap of the store and walked back to the front. As we were walking to the doors, two style exchange employees walked in and went towards us. One girl asked where I put the tops that I had in my hand because she didn't see me put them back and couldn't seem to find them in the store. I was honestly shocked that not one, but TWO employees followed me and my friend out of their store and tracked us down?? I didn't want anything to be an issue, so I went back to Style Exchange and showed her exactly where I put both tops (literally where I found them?? You wouldn't have to do much looking to find them). They then proceeded to ask my friend where she put her top as well (a shirt she had in her hands for probably not even a minute). My friend showed her and we walked out. You could tell by their tone/the way they approached us and continued to address us, they still believed we stole the clothes. I still cannot believe that I was tracked down and followed into the next store because some employees didn't even bother to look around for the clothes. read more

I ordered online and received an email saying in 5 days I'll get my tracking number. After two weeks and me asking for it did I get a tracking number to an item that hasn't been received to be delivered. Not worth it. read more

The clothes were super cute but the dark haired employee wearing the tan sweatshirt on July 7th was extremely rude and standoffish. The petty comments and the looks up and down did not stop throughout our whole shopping experience. 0/10 customer service. read more

I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. I thought that maybe I caught one of the employees on a bad day but the other employee working was just as rude to not only myself but most other customers as well. I went to the town centre store this past weekend and my experience was horrific. I went with some friends and the employees were rude and unhelpful. I tried on a few items and when I asked for a different size in a shirt she sighed and walked away to find it. I understand if that employee was having a rough day but it wouldn't have killed her to show some kindness. I ended up buying a top. Two days later I went back into the store to return it and in return I only got store credit. I wish that one of the employees had told me that I would not get my money back when I expressed that I was thinking about returning it. I will most likely never go back into that store. read more

I LOVE THIS STORE! Visited today to do some quick looking around and the employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their items! I picked out a blush slip dress and the young lady immediately started me a dressing room and brought me 2 others to try on if I liked them! Super helpful, sweet and fun group to interact with! The clothes are okay, but the service is nearly unbearable. Every time I am in the store I am ignored and even have gotten "not so pleasant" looks from the employees. I have felt so uncomfortable at times that it has kept me from buying anything. I simply would rather go somewhere else. read more
