I was immediately drawn to this store with the most regal window displays. Both the clothing and…read morethe decor were so high end, I was worried I would feel out of place with my Lilly Pulitzer activewear. However, our group was warmly greeted by Marshall and Casey. 2 gems! I truly felt like a queen. Behind one door was a magical, beautiful, magnificent private dressing room. Our personal stylist, Casey, pulled a few items for us and we tried them on in the private room. I settled on this buttery soft house coat that can also be worn as a cardigan. Casey was warm, bubbly and provided us with water and champagne. She couldn't do enough to accommodate our little group! This place and more importantly these people made my heart so happy! If you're in Charleston, you must stop by Gwynn's in Mt. Pleasant! I am so excited to go back for my next purchase. Treat yourself to a lavish item from this store at least once annually! All of us hardworking individuals deserve such luxury. Thank you again Marshall and Casey for your world class service and kindness!

This shop is filled with beautiful merchandise. The items are well made, stylish, and feminine. I'm a girlie. I want pretty things. Actually, correction, I need pretty things! There are pieces here, inspired by art, that are truly amazing. They are made in small batches so no worries of running into them on others all day. The service was amazing! The woman owned business knows how to welcome guests and make them feel like family. She offered a beverage, gave suggestions, and encouraged me to play dresses up. I had a phenomenal time. I left with a few beautiful items which are great value for the incredible workmanship, quality, and wearablity. They look like the pieces were designed for me. Best of all was the customer service. I loved every minute of this shopping experience.

However, if you…read morewant a hemline that is knee length or has no cut outs, or a dress you can wear a normal bra with this shop is not for you. Brought my friend who is pretty busty and she couldn't fit anything which is a little bit... ridiculous. I would love to see same styles a little longer and more grown up. Love the prints, prices, and such. Anything that is a traditional fit (which I'm defining as something I could wear to brunch with my kids or parents) the sizes sell out instantly. I would say that's solid feed back for the owners that they need more options that have bit more appeal for the average woman and maybe even a couple options for larger sizes most if not all only go up to large and the large is often times more akin to a medium. If they wish to corner the market on college type girl style I think they successfully do it. I took of a point because although I will still continue to shop here... i occasionally get lucky, I would hesitate to bring another friend in as options are fairly limited. Get in the text chain from website for flash sales ( although don't wait if you see your size they literally sell out so fast)

I placed my order…read more2 weeks ago, and the item I ordered was not a preorder or anything like that, it was an item in stock. I've emailed them more than once on this issue, originally just asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. I have received no response whatsoever, yet they post on their instagram dozens of times a day on their story. The email I have been contacting is the exact email that is associated with their confirmation emails when you place an order, it is not a no reply email. It even says in the confirmation email to contact it or reply with any questions. So either that's a lie and no one monitors the email, or they're flat out ignoring my concerns over my order that I paid for. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. Examples like these are what make it harder to support certain small businesses over major corporations.
