I've emailed them more than once on this issue, originally just asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. I have received no response whatsoever, yet they post on their instagram dozens of times a day on their story. The email I have been contacting is the exact email that is associated with their confirmation emails when you place an order, it is not a no reply email. It even says in the confirmation email to contact it or reply with any questions. So either that's a lie and no one monitors the email, or they're flat out ignoring my concerns over my order that I paid for. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. Examples like these are what make it harder to support certain small businesses over major corporations.

Versona offers affordable clothes, shoes, and accessories- I had sticker shock because of how affordable it is for Mount Pleasant Towne Center, an upscale shopping center. Versona's clothes and accessories are stylish for women of all ages, and they carry business-casual and versatile styles. Displays let you shop easily without walking all over the store, as the accessories/jewelry to match a dress or outfit are super close to that item. The dressing rooms were closed for a long time due to COVID-19, but have reopened. You can place an order online and have it delivered to the store for pickup for free, which is handy for holiday shopping. I bought a pair of shoes and a pair of earrings, so it was a successful shopping trip. I will be back.
