Much to my surprise, the sport coat was repaired like new. The owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating, which seems to be more rare these days. I go out of my way to use Coastal Carolina Cleaners, because of their reputation for being gentle on expensive fabrics. I never would get past their store because I would always spend about an hour there. I love the buyer and her selections. Great quality, unusual fabric selections as well. I always found things I couldn't find back home and it was my absolute favorite. Not the typical boutique, definitely a step up.
