Great consignment store with reasonable prices and friendly , knowledgeable staff. The location is convenient. Parking on street is limited.

Stopped in with the kids today after brunch. Everyone in the store was super sweet to us and very friendly! It had a ton of clothes and accessories at reasonable prices, though the style is *mostly* aimed at older women (there's nothing for men here), my daughter found a sweater that fit her style well. Nice store and I was happy we stopped by! J.Ja read more

Simply the best. When I leave here, I always feel better than when I walked in. Sure, it's a little crowded, but that is part of the charm. Everyone is extremely welcoming in the store and genuinely interested in why you stopped in or what occasion you are shopping for. This is a community spot where relationships feel important. They create a fun environment to shop in and oh, I have also found some real gems here! It's fun, funky, and for me, such a comforting experience everytime I go in. Parking on the street can be a little tough-they have a parking lot in the back. read more

I recently spent a long shopping in this unique store while oo-ing and ahh-ing over all the great selections. I walked away with so many cute outfits and accessories. Plus chatting it up with the very friendly and attentive staff was the cherry on top! I love this store read more

Its magical. Smells great. The music was fabulous and the displays made me want everything. I look Forward to the next visit. read more

Love this fun store! The ladies there are very warm and welcoming. I found the perfect outfit for a spring wedding.

There is nothing upscale about this spot. It is jam packed with items that belong at good will. You can barely move the hangers. Definitely seems they take anything with little awareness of fashion and brands. I saw several tops from Shein that go for $10 new priced at $25 The items here are over -worn and low quality. Much better options around the corner read more

I made an appointment on the phone to bring in 2 dresses. I was a little disappointed with the tone; however, I thought maybe they were having a bad day. I phoned 90 minutes before arrival to inquire if I could bring 3 more dresses. I would have accepted a "no we are too busy" I was told "I Guess, is it 7 pieces total?" I said just 5 and a pair of shoes. I again received a condescending response "the appointment was for 2" needless to say I canceled my appointment and will find another shop. I worked for a company for decades where customer service was #1. If I was rude I can understand however I was asking and not just showing up with more items. I prefer to give good reviews. Rarely do I give a bad review. I have had an emotional few months myself and kindness is hard to find these days. read more

One of the best stores I have ever been to. The selection is amazing between the clothing, handbags & jewelry. Employees: friendly & do not seem to care that I only buy on sale items. Shop the rack: N/A Reseller friendly : yes read more

I seem to always wait u til the last minute, so I was in dire need of a dress for a black tie wedding. They have such a great selection! I found the perfect black velvet dress and the ladies helped me accessorize with a beautiful silk scarf. They are so helpful! I will be back soon! read more

Do not consign your clothes here. I brought in a leather jacket that was mislabeled. The jacket was not in the store nor had I been paid. I went to the store 3 times trying to find my jacket and speak to the owner. When I finally spoke to the owner, she became belligerent, accusing me of calling her a liar, screaming at me and threatened to call the police because I was questioning where my jacket was and that I had not been paid. I never yelled or cursed her. I have never had anything like this happen to me anywhere! It was a horrible experience. read more

Great atmosphere, staff are so friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back, not only for the large selection and great prices~but for the good vibes, also! read more

I reached out to the owner, Beth, about coming in as a group during my friend's bachelorette party. She arranged everything so that we could have a private shopping party. We had an absolute blast! Karen and Julie were so attentive and helpful as we tried on outfits, looked at accessories, and made an Instagram reel. There are so many cool pieces to look at in this shop that we needed the full 2 hours! If we lived closer, we would be back in a heartbeat! read more

Absolutely the best clothing store in Charleston. Lots of fun and fabulous clothing and accessories. Half of my closet is from Reinvented - Beth and Cristol are soo much fun to be with and make shipping an adventure! Thanks!! read more

Through Yelp, we found this place. I love consignment stuff. Lots of selections, with some higher end goods to be found, especially shoes. I hit the $5 clearance in the back and had better luck. Not too crazy priced, except some items I wouldn't consider "upscale" were way more expensive then I would even pay. read more

Beth and her team are welcoming and so helpful. I always make sure I come to shop when visiting Charleston and enjoy looking at all the clothing, handbags, jewelry and other accessories. Such a great selection and I'm so happy with my purchases. It's so fun to shop there! Facebook live shows are fun to watch too!! read more

I took a lot of nice high quality pieces in and had to check twice to see what was sold. They said that only 3 pieces sold but there wasn't anything else that I brought in on the floor of this store. I got a very small check. Never Again! read more

The only reason for 2 stars is that the younger woman who works there is very patient, kind, and helpful. Another employee told me my stuff I left to be resold was donated and I could not pick it up, I stopped by the store to shop 1 week later and all of my items were still there with a price tag on them. I'm happy to donate unwanted items but this felt dishonest. read more

Just recently started consigning with them but have been buying from them for years. Recently I went into the store to consign some items, I was pleasantly happy to find that the store was clean as lots of options. Love the jewelry selection here! Great selection of good quality, gently used items. Check it out you won't regret it! Enjoy! #originalCharlestonian read more

This place is amazing!! Such a great selection, very kind and helpful staff. They do take consignments by appointment....I was shopping for treasures and found plenty read more

A fabulous consignment store! Prices for designer items were excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This is the cutest resale shop I've ever visited--very shabby chic with a touch of humor. I wound up getting sucked in by the cuteness of it all and purchased a couple of items. Given that the shop advertises as upscale, I didn't anticipate needing to look each item over thoroughly; I figured the shop did that before consigning. Unfortunately, one item, which was almost $40, had two holes and a bleach stain. Bottom line: this is a fun shop, but don't forget to inspect closely before buying. read more

Reinvented is a cool mix of quirky, charm and Avondale hip. The store is chock full of tons of finds, they always have racks and racks teeming with deals. They have a range of brands including high end designer Gucci, Prada etc. they also offer a variety of brands in a variety of price ranges to suit all budgets. I've found some unbelievable deals here and love just perusing the shop for cool finds. Recently I found an awesome clear cross body bag which I love, I didn't buy it but I'm still thinking about it and might have to go back to snag it. They always have enough staff working to help get you a fitting room or offer advice and opinions. It can get busy on a Saturday which is so awesome to see for a local business. There's definitely a lot going on when you walk in the shop, product EVERYWHERE. But that's what gives this place five stars for me, it's the best for a treasure hunt. Also they have a great formalwear section. if you have a high end event to go to, shop here first! read more

WATCH OUT consignors! This is a HIGHLY UNETHICAL business. After making it clear verbally and in writing that I did not want them to "donate" my items on consignment in the event they didn't sell, I learned my items on consignment were "donated". I heard some unfavorable characterizations of their business and that there was no accountability as to whether they donate your pieces - or pocket your money and claim to have donated your materials. Oh how I should have listened to the cautionary tales! After not hearing a word from this shady business for months except receiving a check for a paltry $11, I called to inquire only to be told that the majority of my items were donated! Aside from my explicit instructions not to "donate", the manager was incredibly rude as another reviewer noted in a,comment. Rather, she kept referring to a flimsy contract, which I amended at the outset clearly stating not to donate my items. I was wary of doing business with these shady characters at the outset based on negative word of mouth and should have listened. STAY FAR AWAY! read more

Adorable, name-brand stuff decently priced. Lots of high-end items! And they have a "man" chair and a toy corner for the kids! It was a fantastic shopping experience! read more

My favorite consignment store! They took the time to explain the details to me and gave me a contract for consigning my clothes so that I knew exactly what the process would be like. When I asked why I hadn't heard from them about receiving money for my consignments, they referred me to my contract and told me it was my responsibility to check on my account. Turns out, I had money waiting on me for a while and it was still there for me! They were very kind and helpful! read more

Yet another terrible review of this store. Their merchandise might be fine, but if you are looking to consign there, don't... that is, if you ever want to get paid. I consigned many items here and they never paid me what was owed. As April B. noted in in August, they are rude, untrustworthy and unethical - with no accountability. I will be registering a complaint with the BBB in short order. read more

Great store. Beth and Chrystal are on the ball. As I said before. You can't expect to make a lot of money selling your clothes that's not how it works. I use the cash for my shoe fund. It's supposed to be fun money the most important aspect of this kind of business is honesty and Beth has this 100% read more

Ladies if you haven't been to Reinvented Upscale Resale Now is the time to go. They have lots of great finds on sale and it's not your normal everyday consigned clothes, shoes and pocket books. They even have a Moo Roo purse... They also have beautiful jewelry and belts straight from the Atlanta markets. The store is neatly organized. They have sizes from 0-18, which is pretty rare in consigned clothes. I have found lots of great things there and look forward to my next trip. I have a friend that drives up from Myrtle Beach just to shop there... That says a lot about the store. read more

Terrible!!! Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. I consigned some things there, and was due money. After months, they still haven't paid. On the upside, I will say they have some unique things there. Despite that, though, I won't shop anywhere where I don't trust the people and have to deal with rudeness. Nothing's worth that. read more
