I came to Exchange Factor three times this week and it was worth it. I ended up with two dope suit jackets. The service is top notch. Everyone is really kind and chill. Joan, the owner, is amazing. I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here. You'll pay a bit more but it's value buys that will lead to good looks. Charleston is very lucky to have Joan and Exchange Factor.

My friend found a fun shirt as well so then we went outside and were able to choose 6 items for free amongst the two of us. Honestly, the stuff outside is more picked over, but it's not junk.
