I came to Exchange Factor three times this week and it was worth it. I ended up with two dope suit jackets. The service is top notch. Everyone is really kind and chill. Joan, the owner, is amazing. I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here. You'll pay a bit more but it's value buys that will lead to good looks. Charleston is very lucky to have Joan and Exchange Factor.

After reading the reviews here about the return policy, I decided not to go there because I didn't want to have buyers remorse later and not be able to get my money back. They have really cute clothes here as well - I saw a dress that I really liked, but again, when I looked at the price, I couldn't go there. The dress was cute but not worth it for $126 - I could find something very similar in another store for half the price.
