There are some items that are right on point for what they should cost. However, I did find many things slightly over-priced. Again, this is a place where MANY local artisans can display their goods, so you've got an eclectic experience awaiting you as soon as you walk through the doors! There's a central checkout right at front and center-- I think I noticed two cashiers up front to check you out! Had I not have tried to take in the entire store I will say if you had a question at any point during your perusal, you might be out of luck to find someone. That being said-- I absolutely LOVE that they have included a local craft coffee shop in Harlow & Pearl to add to the charm of the converted barn market for a Country Chic feel. Love that you can grab a coffee and shop at your leisure without someone looking over your shoulder so you're able to experience everything at your own pace. It's a nice touch. The nature of the size of the place, lends it to being a nice space to spend a lazy afternoon, especially in the rain, to look for the perfect gift for that special someone to suit whatever specific occasion you might need to serve!

I was in town visiting a friend and decided to check out the local thrift "haunts".. firstly.. it's soooo dirty! its gross, stinky and uninviting but you push through thinking of the bargins... but wow.. not sure who's pricing these things but dollar store things listed for $3 or more?! ummm NO.. then you get to clothing where they are blanket pricing target/walmart shirts for $6???? I can get those that price when they are new and on sale.. many items on the shelves are broken and just thrown all over. The worst part was check out... when the lady was done charging me I sat there waiting and she looked at me like she was waiting for something and I asked about a bag.. she said we dont do bags.. but you can buy one.. ummm I had just purchased over 15 items of clothing AND 6 ceramic mugs.. I made the comment that they were turning into one of the "for profit" stores and that in all the time I have shopped at goodwill I have NEVER had to provide my own bag.. her snarky little comment was "well you dont have to shop here" at which point I responded "wow! arent you snarkie.. and I dont have donate here any more either" I mean seriously?! WTF?! The goodwill I KNEW was there for the community.. this is NOT the attitude that a company that is supposed to serve the community should be having and this employee should be limited to the backroom where she doesn't interact with people. I hire people and staff big events.. she would have been fired immediately if I witnessed that type of customer service.. and their prices don't serve that community either.. but the sheer attitude of this nasty little woman was shocking..
