It seems when you request black car service, the drivers know you're not in it for a conversation, and honestly that was nice. I've taken lots of limos in the past and it's usually a gab fest. We enjoyed the silence. My one suggestion would be that they send you a text, or call you, the night before to confirm your ride. I didn't receive either and ended up calling at 9pm the night before just to make sure all was good. The driver did text me exactly at our pickup time the next morning and arrived promptly for pickup at my house.

I gave Michael my itinerary and he handled everything. Our driver was on time, courteous, professional, and kind. My son is talkative and bubbly, and our driver was so patient and lighthearted. He made the drive enjoyable. He helped with our bags, too. What was most impressive initially was that he waited to make sure we got inside safely. Any cab driver would've tossed your luggage on the ground and sped off as soon as you stepped on the curb. Our driver waited. Our return trip was nothing short of perfect. The same driver picked us up. It was nice to be able to recognize the driver. He made sure we were comfortable, went the extra mile to make my son's first time in a limo feel special, and he maintained the same professionalism that he showed on our outbound ride. And like before, he waited for us to get inside our building before driving away. A small gesture that means the world. I highly recommend Limos Without Limits for all of your transportation needs.

From start to finish the level of professionalism displayed by Michael and his staff was above and beyond. When I spoke to Michael, I specifically that that we had found a lower rate at another limo company but the price for the peace of mind on our wedding day was not worth the difference in the cost. On our wedding day we had two drivers, who both showed up on time, were friendly and courteous. Karl also did the end of night drive back to the hotel and was wonderful during our time together. It is true what they say, you get what you pay for. If you do not want to worry on your big day, please do yourself a favor and book with Limos Without Limits. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. The car was clean, and everyone got to/from the event safely. Driver was friendly.
