I brought it in and the Manager Tim took over, got my rig in and offered me a loaner while the work was being done. He was helping another customer, but said he could get me an estimate in just a couple of minutes. As I waited I watched him take excellent care of the lady he was helping. Just a few minutes later he took a look at my car and determined it was likely salvageable, if I wanted to go that route instead of 'like new.' He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. I came back a few hours later and you couldn't even tell I'd tangoed with a yellow concrete pole! And the price he charged was super reasonable! I called and scheduled my car in for an appointment a couple of days later. So far so good. Things started to fall apart after I visited the shop a few days after that. Shop seemed like they were working through a lot of vehicles which was promising, and the staff was friendly. However the two people in the office disagreed over part availability and lead time, pushing my appointment back a week. I was supposed to get a call back the following week to confirm the parts availability. I never received a call and followed up via phone several times and left voicemails. I emailed them and cancelled my appointment. Maybe they got busy, but they lost my business.
