From the moment I dropped my Jeep off after my accident, I told Caliber Collision there was engine damage. I said it clearly. I said it repeatedly. They flat-out refused to listen. Instead of doing their job and diagnosing the problem, they dismissed me like I didn't know my own vehicle. Weeks went by with the same response: ignore, deflect, delay. Then came the most insulting part -- their "mechanic" (who I was told is part-time) tried to blame the engine damage on me because I had replaced coil packs and spark plugs. That excuse is laughable. Routine maintenance does not magically cause accident-related engine damage, and anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that. Let's be very clear: * The engine issue started immediately after the accident * I reported it from day one * Caliber Collision ignored it * When they could no longer avoid it, they tried to shift blame onto me This wasn't a mistake -- it was negligence and gaslighting. If you don't fight them every step of the way, they will minimize real issues and protect themselves instead of your vehicle. I would never trust Caliber Collision with another repair. Brought in a car with damage down the entire driver side, mainly sustained to the front end. Noah with Calliber collision is now claiming that all the damage to the side of the vehicle was there prior to the accident even after providing photos that show the scratch was clearly not there. This is a repair through insurance and Calliber Collision is offering absolutely zero assistance to help push the claim through with Progressive. Terrible customer service. Upon pick up of the vehicle the damages were not repaired entirely, the TPS light was on, and the car was so drained on gas that it wouldn't even turn on. They had to send a technician to the nearby gas station to get gas to even start the vehicle. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. That being said, the gal at the front desk is very nice and this should not reflect onto her at all. Bring your car to ANY other bodyshop. read more

This review is primarily for the front desk lady Charlene, who I spoke to many times. Charlene, if you could be my grandmother, I would love that. You are so friendly and loving. You are so attentive and accommodating. You are so tech savvy for your 60 or 70 odd years of life on this planet. I imagine your first school paper was typed on a typewriter, and that your cursive was honed in a time when people still cared about that kind of thing. I believe Charlene is why this business survives. She is more than a secretary, she handles billing, call-backs, and generally just seems to keep the place afloat. Caliber Collision has the feel of a mom and pop auto body. It answers the question, "what if I, a 29 year old marketing consultant, decided to own my own auto body repair shop." They do not run like a well oiled machine, more like your teenage daughter's Volkswagen Jetta. And you hate to leave a bad review for a place like this, because you can see and feel the livelihood of everyone involved. A bad review would hurt all involved, including sweet Charlene. I believe the reason this place has few reviews is about that people like me feel bad about reviewing it poorly. That's just my two cents. We considered doing this job ourselves. It was the driver's side bumper and we found one on eBay for $100. We could've installed it in a couple of hours and been done with it. We decided to go through insurance to save time. I handed my car over to them on a Friday and did not see it again for the next 3 weeks. Had I been paying for a rental car I would've been angry but I own another car, so I was merely dumbfounded and sort of impressed at the amount of time they kept my car. Instead of relaxing the bumper panel it seems they repaired the actual plastic...and painted it....so that they could charge more for labor? I believe the bill to my insurance came out to $1400. I ended up getting a sweet deal on the repairs because they billed me incorrectly, I wondered when they would figure that out. Sweet Charlene called me a few weeks later and left me a message with kind firmness, please pay the rest of your bill that we didn't realize we didn't bill you, or we will send it to collections. I paid the bill, I resolved not to work with this business again, and proceeded to receive emails, texts, and Yelp reminders to please review this business. Which, for some odd reason, is very low in review rate. Caliber Collision, you are a nice small business within walking distance of my house. You have a wonderful woman working for you, you charged a lot, kept my car too long, and then asked me to review you. I know that you will get better, and that one day you will be the well oiled machine every auto body dreams of being. read more

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repairs and the first available appointment was more than 4 months out. The shop works with Enterprise Rent-A-Car so securing a rental was easy. I was warned about supply chain issues, but the shop was able to secure replacement parts in a timely manner. The shop provided updates via text message, including estimates for repairs, which were appreciated. I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick up and I would be able to drop off the rental car at the shop without having to make a separate stop at Enterprise. After signing paperwork, my vehicle was brought to the front of the shop. I immediately noticed the front grille had not been replaced. The accident caused the pins holding the grille in place at the top to pop off the frame on one side, creating an obvious misalignment around one of the headlights. There was also a decent size chunk that had been broken off the bottom of the grille. The grille is directly next to the front bumper which was replaced. I do not understand how this damage was missed. I left my vehicle at Calliber to finish being fixed. When I was notified a second time that my vehicle was ready, I requested a thorough inspection prior to pick up. I was pleased to see the grille had been replaced, but expressed my concern with the quality of their work. It makes me worried about what they might've missed that I can't see. I was told mistakes happen and that it was just normal human error. I don't excuse this as such and did not appreciate my concerns being dismissed. If a customer brings a vehicle in for repairs, a thorough inspection should be completed. They are supposed to be experts, and such obvious damage shouldn't be missed. read more

I drove into Caliber Collision after an accident. I went in with the full intent to get an estimate and determine if I was going to submit a claim to my insurance or not. I met Kyle Burr who came out and there was an immediate comfort level with not only his expertise but his style of communication. He was sincere and thoughtful in his approach and when I asked him, why I should use Caliber, his response was spot on, "because, I will fight for you and your best interest". This sealed the deal for me! I dropped my vehicle off within the next 2 days, and updates began nearly immediately. Kyle had communicated this would be a week long job and his estimate was spot on!
