I had the special roasted sea bass which was pretty good, large portion, well presented with a large side of boiled new potatoes. While most of my companions opted for dessert I ordered the small (haha!) cheese board. Three cheeses, huge portion, loads of crackers etc I simply had to share it with my fellow diners. Epic! We started off with Veneto Sauvignon Blanc. It was a nice Italian wine. We ordered the marinated olives and focaccia. It was perfectly seasoned and the bread had the right amount of garlic and olive oil. Simply delicious. I had the ravioli which had just the right amount of cheese and incredible homemade red Italian sauce. So Devine...picture to follow. The icing on the cake included the best service from Lauro. He was such an attentive server, personable, thoughtful and gave us the best customer experience. He had a lovely Italian accent which helped with the full experience. There was something for everyone, and the pizzas were fantastic. It was a warm day, and we were very happy to find that there was a cooling system toward the back of the restaurant, which made our meal much more comfortable.
