Twice came for my prescription and they didn't have it ready. They asked me to message my doctor for another one because they couldn't get it out of their system. I've already had to contact my doctor the first time they messed up and now they won't honor the goodRX card. She was very sweet but they are understaffed. read more

This is the worst Bel Air/Raleys in the area. If you're a glutton for punishment then this is the place to get your shopping done. The rude employees will ignore you, other customers and pretend that you're invisible. Your arm will tire as you raise it and wave to the butchers all the while they just ignore you and the other customers waiting for help. Next try to get someone- anyone! to help you at the bakery counter. They will look straight at you at walk by. Go ahead and chase them down and try to get their attention. Good luck! Oh and the shelves are not stocked. Huge areas of nothing on the shelves. Now you're really going to punish yourself when you check out. 2 lanes open. Slowest of the slow checkers. Customers 5 deep waiting to check out. Now comes more fun. The checker is alerted to an item that rang up incorrectly. So to thank me he rang it up twice instead of issuing the credit! I asked for help at the self check out to correct the wrong charge and the employee was so rude I vowed to never set foot in this store again. I asked for a Manager and she mumbled he's at lunch. What a shame that this store has declined to the point of avoiding it all cost. Lack of customer service, employees that care, management that is concerned are the reasons I will take my business to a store that actually appreciates their customers. read more

The worst customer service ever! Second time in a few months I have encountered rude and angry staff. I won't be back. Belair use to be an amazing place to shop. Today's encounter with the woman working in the Peets coffee, was enough to make me NEVER come back. read more

Well, (no pun intended) the Bel Air pharmacy has nearly a 100% turnover in staff, gone are the friendly and competent faces of Dave (Mgr) , Jennifer and Kinderlee. There seems to be a new (untrained) person behind the counter every day and apparently a new Mgr who thinks she can override Dr'S RX orders with her own policies. It's hard to understand BelAir/Raley Corp. strategy to stay in this business. Reduced hours, incompetent staff, And poor customer service (there is always a line now and often your RX is it ready even after requesting it 2 days ago. Clearly they need a new prescription or a wellness program to get better ! To return to their former level of great service . Bel Air has become the worst grocery store in Auburn. We shopped at 10:00 this morning (Friday) and went to checkout. There was only one checkout lane open and the line went half way down the aisle...at least a dozen people waiting. Moved to the self checkout to discover another long line and only two of the four stations in operation. This store lacks adequate workers and is totally mismanaged. We have put up with empty shelves and indifferent personnel for far too long. After many years we are leaving Bel Air for Safeway. read more

Update: Bel Air/Raley's contacted me about our experience and provided a very sincere apology and explained some of the staffing issues they have been experiencing. They also helped fix some of the insurance issues so the situation is improving. It looks like they are trying to improve and I look forward to the changes. read more

The pharmacy staff is overwhelmed and has become surly. Prescription drugs were frequently out of stock and we were advised they were awaiting a shipment or have to order. After a number of wasted trips, we took our business to another local pharmacy that does not have these issues. Bel Air had a wonderful pharmacy for years. Not sure what happened. read more

Dont even try to deal with these fools. They will take all the paperwork and faxes and phone calls to the doctor and have all the information they could possably want and then stare you in the face and ask what drugs do you want? Really?????? You have all my info and it has been triple checked and you dont bother to save the names of the medications??? All you do is put pills in bottles and do paperwork. Cant you figure out that at some point you will need to actually know the drugs you are handing over the counter. What if my latin is a bit rusty and i dont get my heart pills but i get a bottle of viagra instead? There both heart medicine so whats the differance? Just fyi Viagra is a heart medication that has a more profitable side effect so since its all about money anyway thats what its sold for. A sex party drug. read more

Two Different pills in same bottle. On August 26th, 2020 I went to BelAir to pick up a prescription. So I paid for it, went home, took the staple off the bag, took the container out of the bag and noticed right away that there were two different pills inside. I called the Pharmacist and she would not believe that I got the meds there. The pink little round ones are 25mg, the white oblong ones are the 50mg that I take now. She said that they don't even carry the 25mg pills. She asked if maybe my caregiver changed them! Huh, and then stapled the bag again?! After 10 minutes of going back and forth, she asked me to bring them in, which I did. Well, she still insisted that I didn't get them there. Another pharmacist came down and looked at the label and noticed that the "stamp date" was 6/16/20. He said that they only keep their meds there for a month, and that there was no way I got them there. I asked him if he was "calling me a liar" and he said, "no, but there's no way you got these here. I asked him for the bottle back and left. I went over to the bananas, where my caregiver, was waiting, and explained to her what had happened. Then I started thinking, "What if this had happened to a 90 y.o person, and they didn't notice the difference". Being a Thyroid medication it could really mess up their Endocrine system. I Noticed the Pharmacist group huddled while looking at me. One of them came down and asked if I would talk to the manager. I said I really just want to get on with my day. But right behind her was the manager. I went over the story again, this time saying that I'm a Nurse, therefore noticing immediately the two different pills in the bottle. I said, "But, nobody here believes me." She said "I believe you", took the time and date that I was there and was going to see what the camera shows. It is now 9/12/20 and I still haven't heard anything from her. I feel that my integrity comes into play here, I felt so degraded, and It's still bothering me. read more

I want to give kudos to everyone who works in the pharmacy. They are all extremely friendly, courteous, and greet me everytime by saying my name.
