At that impound, bureaucratic hurdles and a long wait at every step prevented Ed's tow operator from taking his next tow jobs, but they remained professional and understanding of these circumstances beyond our control. Ed was communicative throughout and accommodating of unique situational needs such as obtaining on-board dash camera footage. They took great care with my car, loading and unloading it, and great care of bikers/pedestrians/buses/etc. driving through downtown (I had to ride in the tow truck since the City's improper and illegal tow of my vehicle had damaged it).
