It felt good to be seen and heard while in the chair. Dr. Jill was just as kind and helpful. I never once felt out of place in the office and they didn't make me feel like a dummy with bad oral hygiene. I have scheduled further care and cleanings with Oakmont Family Dental. I am someone who experiences a high level of dental anxiety and this was by far the best I have ever been treated. The hygienist that I saw yesterday was just filling in, but she was so gentle and understanding I wish she was permanent. When the doctor was running a bit behind, or got stuck with another patient, she advised me right away. She also took the time to sit and have an actual conversation with me and that helped ease my anxiety. I have nothing but great things to say about her, I am just bummed I forgot her name so I could not give her the recognition she deserves. It is odd for me to say, but I am actually excited to go back and have treatment done with Dr. Gill. As I am in healthcare myself, I appreciate the kindness in this office.
