Last dinner in Valencia at this unique place which rounded off a fabulous weekend of eating ! The ambiance let me start by saying was by far the nicest place decor wise as it was so cool and you felt like you were in a scene of underwater sea. Absolutely beautiful !
The food also amazing !
We actually sat in their patio enclave area at the front, which is covered but open.
Great spot so I highly recommend reservations as there are not many seats there.
We started with a nice bottle of red wine from Spain. Roble. Delicious.
Started with some sweet potato fries and bao buns . The were nice and light fries and not greasy. With a nice avocado Creme .
The buns were perfectly soft and I believe they were mushroom stuffed with pickled onions. Great light bites.
Entrees we shared the mushroom truffle ravioli which were in a rich truffle Alfredo sauce . Quite amazing.
The Cordiva fish was cooked perfectly and nice and flaky. On top of a bed of potatoes with a white wine sauce. Another outstanding dish.
We were Needless to say stuffed at the end of this meal.
I always say whenever I go to an amazingly good place how it can't get any better food wise, but it always does !
I'm happy we managed to get in here while in Valencia. read more
