It's currently taking all my self control not to buy every pastry Dulce de Ameche displays. They look so good. And judging from what I did buy, i have no doubt that the looks match the taste. I came here at 10am on a Thursday and it was one of the only cafes open in the area, so it was a little crowded. The outdoor seating was full and inside near so. But I found a table and the WiFi works wonderfully so I managed to get some work done too! I ordered the cappuccino and yogurt and both were delicious. The plating is Instagram worthy. Prices are very reasonable too at 2.5 euros for the cappuccino and 5 for the yogurt bowl. For the best bang for your buck, you should order the 8 euro brunch which includes a cappuccino, yogurt, juice, and a breakfast sandwich. Im only in town for a few days, but I want to come back.

Fun stop for a breakfast bite. Friendly service. Perfectly done cafe con leche times 2, an upscale but delicious bagel with bacon, lightly scrambled eggs, bacon and a huge amount of freshly sliced avocado, and a slice of dulce de leche cake with coconut and banana - firm but moist and oh so tasty! €11 for all.

Items selected: Chicken and Pepper Empanada Spinach and Cheese Empanada Ham and Egg Empanada Dulce de Leche Croissant Higos Fig Tart Plum Cake with Dulce de Leche Unfortunately finding two alternative dining destinations closed, one for a week-long holiday and the other potentially a permanent situation based on signage, it was once again to Dulce to Leche that Breakfast was entrusted on Monday, the Ruzafa location proving far more busy than that on Carrer de Jesús but the products just as good, though the selection is substantially different. Located on Calle Pintor Alberto Gisbert, a corner lot opening up to outdoor seating creating plenty of space for a queue that was continuously present from approximately 09h45 until past-noon based on observations from nearby parking, it was just prior to 10h00 that the line was entered and with quick service using a numbering system similar to that at the other location it was not long until guests found themselves at the counter, a process of elimination seeing a total of six items for just over €15 ordered. Taking a seat to wait for savories to be warmed, a somewhat prolonged process due to a crowd that saw the sizable restaurant filled to capacity, it was with items eventually in hand that each golden pastry was sliced into with fork and knife, the Chicken and Pepper as well as Ham and Egg both delicious with quality ingredients and nice seasoning while the Spinach and Cheese was unfortunately limp and greasy. Moving on to sweeter things, the selection at Dulce de Leche Jesus one day prior flawless across a half-dozen choices, it was somewhat expected that the Croissant sliced and piped with Caramel would be a bit limp but overall the flavor was quite good while the "Higos" of buttery Crumb Cake beneath Figs and a sweet glaze as well as the Plum Cake with Dulce de Leche Frosting and Sugar crystals were both exemplary with plenty of moisture and heft.

Delicious. We had breakfast @ Dulche de Leche. Great coffee. I had a bagel with egg, bacon and avocado. It was so tasty!! Great start of a sightseeing-day @ Valencia. The counter looks great! Cake in all sizes and combinations, sandwiches, croissants, ...

Sandwiches are great and cafe dulce de leche is great for anyone with a sweet tooth

Great food but the service was rude. I would put less stars but the girl at the cash register was super nice and the cakes we had were very yummy.

A beautiful and delicious café! The food and drinks are amazing here, and they have a good variety to choose from. They atmosphere is really cute, and they have both inside and outside seating available. My first time visiting by myself, the staff gave me recomendaciones on what to order and they offered me a complimentary yogurt parfait to try. I've been back here a handful of times with friends, or just to grab a snack alone, and it's always enjoyable!

Very trendy and busy especially in the weekends, but deservedly so as the food and coffee were quite good. Service was quite friendly despite the undoubtedly stressful throng of tourists.

I'm always a big fan of Dulce de leche. I normally go to the one in Calle Jesus but I sometimes go to this one too. It's Argentinian and is one of the best cake shops/coffee shops in Valencia. However, it is not typical to find this kind of place in Valencia. That is why it is also good because the typical Spanish cake shops don't have this many varieties of cakes and other pastries. Their specialty is dulce de leche and they made lots of pastries with it. I also really like the carrot cakes here. There are two kinds of them: one with nuts and one with cream cheese. They are really good. What I always order there is empanadilla (especially for take away). They've got different kinds of them. My favorite ones are pisto (tomato-based stuffing) and carne (meat). Besides typical juice like orange juice, they also have good mixed fruit and vegetables pressed juice. Note that they also have lactose-free milk for an option.

I just love a Sunday late morning to sit in this nice boutique (or sunny terrace) with a nice cup of coffee...something sweet, something salty.. read a newspaper... watch the people that stroll by in this artistic neighborhood...maybe drink a nice fresh juice, or a cake (hard to choose there are so many!!) to take home. Dulce de leche offers each day a brunch for 5 euro which is a good bargain for what they give you for it. You can also just go in to buy some cake or bread. The place looks really outstanding and much better than all those franchise bread boutiques that are fashion at the moment in Valencia..

Dulce de leche was the most picturesque cafe with outside seating. It has a very cozy, fresh, young vibe with GREAT food. There were tons of pastries in the display case and there was a clear sign for the 5€ brunch special out front. The brunch consisted of a whole grain roll with salmon and spinach, cafe con leche, fresh orange juice, a warm mini croissant, and yogurt with berries and oats. The quality was great and it really felt like a local place that puts a lot of effort into its food. I would go back again if I was ever in Valencia.

Amazing place with really cute interior design/decoration and fast wifi! My orange juice was freshly squeezed, and a cheesecake with caramel and oreos was not too sweet - everything was just perfect.

Couldn't decide between sweet or salty, got both. No regrets!!! Both awesome!!!

Seemed that who ever took the over the phone reservation took some liberties when writing the name down. 1) We had several beverages. 2) Place has a cramped old feel and look. 3) Server was not very attentive and extremely forgetful. We ket ordering water and drinks over and over. At least three times or so each of us. Each time it seemed like a combination of these three because he either kept on forgetting, maybe he may not have cared, or was extremely busy. 4) Food was very good, due to this, I recommend it. 5) Had several dishes.
