The acoustics from the Swan Lake Ballet production were phenomenal. My daughter who is 6 six years in ballet training has now moved to pointe technique level this year and was amaze with the Swan Lake production. Theater location is in the heart of downtown Stockton. Plenty of street paid parking but I chose to have a little more security/surveillance parking 1 block away from the venue that cost $20. The parking lot is very small, and the attendants were very friendly but limited parking spaces. I suggest getting there early as the good parking fills up. The people working at the theater were very professional and welcoming. The ushers helped walk you to your seats. They sell drinks but I'm not sure if they sell a variety of food. I see people only with popcorn and candy treats. They also have an adult beverage bar. Con: While the show is going on, please do not allow people to come and be seated. Allow for production breaks in between, I know they have them. Everyone is standing up every 5 minutes allowing people to be seated through-out the show. Patrons please be on time it's not the movies or ball game! Lol Awesome venue will be back!

All seats are put in a decent way - even the corner seatings don't miss out. I bought seats for the middle column a little before the balcony and it was perfect! Plenty of restrooms and not too difficult to find parking - street parking and there are a couple of garages nearby. My only shock was there was no heating inside the theater during December and it was super surprising. Glad I was all bundled up that night!

This short, dark blonde haired girl with tattoos was our cashier. From the start she was slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept re-asking our order as she explained she's never been trained for this area before. Which is fine, but with how much help she needed she should've called another staff member to assist. She almost gave us the wrong cup size (a kids small instead of adult) and for the popcorn all we got were the bottom of the barrel crumbs when there was fresh ones just about to pop. Thankfully this younger guy Giovanni i think his name was, helped get our food. He was fast and efficient almost getting our food for us by the time we were done ordering. We told him about the popcorn and he happily assisted us with a new fresh batch.

I wouldn't have even needed to by a ticket if I hadn't already. There was a layer of trash on the walkways and patios in front of the building. And then, to cap it all off, once the movie began... not the previews, but the feature MOVIE began playing, the house lights still hadn't been dimmed, and I had to leave to find an attendant to shut the house lights off. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
