I like crab rangoon, I like jalapeño poppers, and now I like these egg rolls. The Caesar salad was great. Fresh romaine, crunchy seasoned croutons, shredded Parmesan cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. The star of the show was the prime rib. I've had many prime ribs, rib roasts, beef roasts in my life big I've never had one smoked, which was a detail I missed when Elijah was telling me about it. Let me tell you, the smoke flavor was infused with the meat and the seasoning on the prime rib was superb. The addition of BOTH horseradish and aus jus is a nice touch. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Last but not least, the vegetable beef soup was chock full of celery, potatoes, and huge chunks of beef. Hearty and delicious indeed. When we first asked about having Bloody Mary's, the bartender wasn't sure she could make them. She had to see if there was any mix? It's 11:15 on a Saturday morning during college football season. And they were promoting an All You can Eat Crab Boil starting at noon - so no Bloody Mary drinks available? The only plus is the outside patio area with a nice view of Sand Creek.
