No exterior. We would also need coordination as we run a short term rental. Instead, they just keep spraying the exterior and billing us automatically without coordination. We are at Desert Princess Community and the exterior pest spray is already covered by the HOA. They use Purcor as well so they know very well the HOA covers it already. Called them over and over again and they kick the can down the road saying a different department will talk to me. They are essentially stealing.
