I had a tear on my Harley Davidson "pillowtop" motorcycle seat in a bad spot, under the leg and on a seam where it gets constant pressure. He was "hopefully pessimistic" and dubiously honest about the chances for repair. Originally planning to do the repair in the garage here at home, I allowed Ted to take the seat to his shop where he could take his time and focus. He returned it today and the result is nothing short of astounding. t isn't readily obvious, for one thing, blending right in. Since it is on a seam it isn't perfect, but that was to be expected. He utilized a new method which combines the traditional vulcanization with chemicals. I now have a mostly pliant patch where I expected a hard, unyielding spot which would not hold up with time. Again, he warns it may NOT hold up due to the location of the repair, but I am thrilled with what was done. He is building his business, and my thoughts are people can surely trust this man with whatever you need done. He's good people, which sometimes can be hard to find in service companies.

I had a great experience with Avery, my account manager. Ike, the technician was fantastic and came a few times last spring & summer (2024), even finding possible access points. But, after Ike and Avery left the company, the service when down. After several communications, with me having to explain so many times, it was determined they could "no longer" supply me with that "service"; there seems to be a lot of their good people leaving, and they are no longer able to provide good customer service. I canceled their service, even though the mice still find their way into the attic. Unfortunately, I can no longer rate this company as high as I would have last year. I hope they find their groove again and build their customer service to the previous high standards.

Long story short, they have charged me almost $900 for a service I never signed up for. I called them to get this credited back to me and they credited me $436. When I called again, they acted like this was my fault. How can you charge someone for a service that they did not sign up for! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.
