After attending a Yelp event with Beem, we decided to buy a package with them. It was good deal, buy 5, get 2 free! These type of packages are good for 3 months, so you'll have plenty of time to use up your credits. They're good for guests too! The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is also very clean. We've been back to Beem for their infrared social saunas and red light therapy. You can enjoy the social sauna with another person and you get about 40 minutes in the sauna and 15 minutes to shower. I like how it is very intimate and it's just you and your guest in one sauna room. They provide an iPad so you could play music and watch movies/tv shows while you're in there. If you decide to do an infrared sauna session and a red light therapy session, they provide you with either a wrap or a robe and a tote bag for your belongings, so it's easier for you to move from one room to another. It's definitely a cool experience and you do feel good after sweating out all the toxins from your body. I definitely recommend trying infrared sauna and red light therapy at least once and see how you like it. read more

Love this relaxation spot! Staff is very attentive , knowledgeable and very nice. The red light therapy is a new experience. It's similar to tanning beds but focused more on pain relief. The sauna was everything only I needed a pillow to cushion the seating after while the bench becomes uncomfortable. I will be back here time and time again. It's peaceful, clean and the much needed escape. SPACE: cuttttttteee and clean AMBIANCE: relaxing EXPERIENCE: MUST TRY PARKING: meters SAUNA: the ambiance , the fully loaded IPad to stream your favorite movies or listen to your favorite music via Bluetooth speaker LOVED this I could have stayed an extra 30 minutes RED LIGHT: felt really good and penetrating I don't know how hot it gets but I would have liked a little more heat CHECK THEM OUT ITS AMAZING read more

Had an amazing time at Beem for red light therapy treatment and their social sauna I shared with my mom! I've had this type of treatment done once before but this experience topped it by a landslide. The energy of Beem right from the entrance is welcoming, peaceful, safe, and relaxing. The general manager, Abraham, was very warm and was great at explaining the treatments and benefits. He was very patient with us as we were newer to the services. All of the treatment rooms and the restrooms were very clean, aesthetic, and had great amenities. I loved the cold peppermint towel during the sauna especially and the totes they provide to carry your belongings was so cute! I would love to come back again next time I visit the Bay Area. read more

Oh.....my goodness. My experience at Beem was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to give us a tour of the space. They explained the benefits of each service, which I really appreciated. I was given a tote that had a wrap included so you can walk from one room to another without having to worry about changing in and out. I started with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a 45-minute sauna session, and finished with a shower afterward. Everything felt very relaxing and well-paced. The space itself is beautiful..super clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there. You can tell they really care about the experience they're creating for their guests. It's a great place if you're looking to unwind, reset, and treat yourself to some wellness time. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to try something new for self-care! read more

So excited that Beem is finally open! I've seen all the TikTok's and reels on Instagram boasting about the benefits of infrared saunas and red light therapy. They're located next to the Walnut Creek, BART stop right off the north Main Street freeway exit. Enjoying a 42 min sauna session on a rainy day is one of my favorite things to do now. I love that in one session, I can burn 600 calories while watching my favorite show. I always leave feeling refreshed, energetic, and on top of the world. Sweating out toxins and releasing endorphins will have you feeling like you're on cloud 9. The decor is pink and pretty and always impeccably clean. The staff is so nice, and the membership is FSA and HSA eligible. Stop by and give this new business some love. read more

I visited Beem for a red light treatment and had such a great experience. The space is beautiful, calming, and conveniently located in Walnut Creek. The manager was incredibly friendly and gave me a full tour, which immediately made the experience feel welcoming and elevated. I tried their advanced light therapy bed that includes red, green, and blue light, and it was a total game changer. Every red light treatment I've done before involved standing in front of panels, so being able to fully lay down made the experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. It felt luxurious, peaceful, and very well thought out. I'm especially excited to go back and try the saunas next. Highly recommend Beem if you're looking for a next level wellness experience. read more

Beem is amazing!!! My second time going! Everyone is so nice and the facility so fresh and clean. The red light beds bring me back to the 90s relaxing tanning bed vibes except WITHOUT all the bad stuff!! Only good lights here! Love the sauna with lighting and music. The double sauna is a great girls day experience! read more

Came here with my girlfriend for quick sauna and it was such a nice experience! I've never done light saunas before so I don't really know what it's all about but our host Abe was super nice and very informative about all the benefits of each type of lighting. We kind of did a mixture of everything in the sauna and they also have an iPad to listen to music or watch tv while you're relaxing! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but Beam Red Light Therapy in Walnut Creek deserves one. The facility is spotless, the location is convenient, and the staff is absolutely amazing. My wife convinced me to come in for a free session, and honestly, I was skeptical. After my first visit, I was hooked. The feeling you have when you leave is hard to put into words--you just feel better. I'm over 50 years old and was involved in a serious car accident about 15 years ago that left me with nerve and spine damage. I've dealt with arthritis, joint pain, headaches, and chronic discomfort for years. After about 20 sessions, I can honestly say I've noticed a significant difference. I'm happier, my pain has decreased, and I'm moving much better than I was before. While everyone's results may be different, this has been one of the best things I've done for my overall well-being. I truly believe continuing this journey will help me get closer to feeling like the person I was before my accident. What impressed me most is that they take the time to explain everything, answer your questions, and make you feel comfortable. The owner is wonderful, genuinely cares about her clients, and will work with you to find the best plan for your needs. If you've been dealing with pain, inflammation, or just want to improve your overall wellness, I highly recommend giving Beam Red Light Therapy a try. I'm glad I did. read more

My husband and I started our infrared sauna and red-light therapy sessions in August of this year and are now obsessed. We signed up for the combo package, mainly for the sauna, and wasn't quite sure what to expect with the red light portion. Fast forward to today, we aim to go at least 3 times a week on average and I can't believe the results we are experiencing especially with the red light therapy. 1. I've been dealing with eczema on my face for the past year and have tried over the counter and prescribed medications. Everything has been temporary relief which was frustrating. After starting red light therapy for about a month, my eczema outbreaks haven't come back even once. It's really helped my skin even beyond the eczema. I have people coming up to me asking why I look different and commenting that my skin looks great. The only thing that has changed in my routine was going to Beem. 2. Surprise perk is how our eyes feel after our session. We have jobs where we stare at a screen all day and after about 3 sessions, we noticed our eyes felt refreshed and didn't feel so tired. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who stares at a screen the majority of the day. We are now believers of the benefits they promote! If you haven't checked out Beem in WC yet, I recommend that you give it a try. On top of the health perks, the location is nice and clean and everyone has been so nice to us (especially Cheryl, the owner, and Abe). We have felt welcomed since day 1 and everyone has been so accommodating. read more

What a great experience! My husband and I visited Beem for their Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna treatments. The space was very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff member, Abraham, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and put us both at ease. Both treatments were a first for me, and I would most definitely return for both. I found the Red Light Therapy relaxing and the temperature pleasantly warm but not at all hot. Having only ever tried (and not liked) traditional saunas, I was surprised by how much more comfortable the Infrared sauna was for me; I was easily able to enjoy the benefits of the entire session without issue. We played nature/spa music, which made it even more relaxing. We both felt very refreshed and recharged after the sessions. Thank you, Beem! read more

If I could give a million stars I would!! This new amazing sauna is exactly what we never knew we needed in Walnut Creek! I did the 40 min sauna and let me tell you, I left feeling like a new woman! It was so relaxing and refreshing! My skin was glowing, the pain in the heels of my feet were gone and I felt like the anxiety and stress I had when I walked through the doors was lifted like it was never there! The staff is so friendly! Val in particular was very informative and tentative to our needs. The owner Cheryl was so kind and welcoming! She made us feel like we were at home! I love that they have the social sauna to use with a friend. They also have complimentary iPads to use during your session! I cannot wait to go back! If you are ready to look and feel your best then Beem is a must try! read more

I LOVE this light sauna! The customer service is top notch and I have noticed how much this treatment has helped my skin. It's such an awesome way to treat yourself to relaxation all while receiving the benefits of the medical grade lights as well. My favorite is redlight but I also really enjoy the green light and blue light too! I definitely recommend this spot and this form of treatment as well! If you struggle at all with any inflammation, this is a wonderful noninvasive way of helping to reduce it and treat it! Definitely check this place out! read more
