There is seating available for small groups 2-6 people. There is also another adjacent room for additional seating. There is plenty of natural light coming in from the windows. They sell other merchandise at/near the counter. It's a bit cluttered (IMHO). There are lots of regulars that show up here. On most Fridays, during lunch there is a musician playing guitar, and taking requests. It's a relaxing and joyful atmosphere. They offer lots of different lattes, teas, and baked goods. They also make soups and sandwiches. On this day I ordered my usual London Fog (little vanilla, little lavender, and extra foam). I wasn't going to get anything to eat, but they had some freshly baked cinnamon rolls on the counter. The smell was irresistible, so I also got one of those. Both the latte and the roll were excellent. The cinnamon roll was slathered with cream cheese frosting. Yummy, but way to much for me. It's a nice place, with friendly people, and good food offerings.

This time came with a friend on a Wednesday morning. The place is cute with plenty of character. It's a converted bank and still has a vintage/old-time feel to it. Big windows in the front. There are doors in front, or the rear, with an outside patio area. Inside there are plenty of places to sit, ideally for groups of 2-4. Parking on the street, or they have their own lot in the rear. Got a super nice, genuine smile and greeting from the barista. Ordered a London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam). They didn't have any scones, so I ordered an amazing looking Morning Bun. Got the drink in a china mug, and the morning bun warmed up. Both of these items were made perfectly (maybe I am being to hard on this whole scone thing !) The place was busy, and there were people coming/going the entire morning (we were there for nearly 3 hours). Everybody was having quiet conversations, so it was easy for us to talk. And even though it was rainy/overcast, the big windows brought in plenty of sunlight. Definitely a place that I would recommend and return to. Now if they served a "real" scone that would be simply incredible ;)

(posted signs about Bees, and some places are off limits, but I didn't see any beehives?) The lower level of the barn had been converted/remodeled into a small restaurant space. There are several wooden tables. What is so very suprising was the large selection of home made bakery and pastry items. They all looked fresh and LARGE. I love a good scone, which they had, but they also had a selection of different coffee cakes, and cinnamon rolls. It was a tough choice but I ended up getting the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake. They also made me a Chai Latte, in a mug. A was a great combination. The coffee cake was a little dry/crumbly (which I like), so it paired well with the hot chai. The place was busy. And from the sound of it, there were lots of regulars. That's always a good sign. Some people ordered breakfast and egg dishes. They all looked goo. It's a nice place, with nice folks, and excellent baked good. I would have preferred a bit more inside seating, but they are working with limited space. The outside could benefit from some better landscaping, and seating areas.

It is one of the vintage-looking buildings, painted blue with green striped awnings. It has great curb appeal and feels very welcoming. There are outside café tables and plenty of seating inside for different size groups. Not only are they a coffee house, but they serve a wide-ranging menu of foods, and there are grocery items you can purchase, including dairy, eggs, and meats. They also carry many other items that make great gifts. I got a very friendly greeting from the cashier. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam) in a mug. The blueberry scones looked amazing, so I got one of those as well. They make all their bakery on-site. Everything was excellent, with lots of microbubbles in the latte. Plenty of blueberries in the scone, and it had the right texture (dry and a little crumbly). I forgot to bring my book along, but they have a very eclectic selection, so I was able to peruse some titles I had not seen before. Overall, another great experience. One of my favorite places in Walworth County.
