Came here for the first time with a friend. Didn't come specifically for the organic products, but out of general interest in what this place had to offer. Glad that we did! Food: Normally, I would get a London Fog Latte and a scone. They have both items, but because of their focus on healthy, organic, and local ingredients, I had to adjust my order and expectations. The London Fog Latte was made with oat milk and honey as the sweetener. The scones (and the rest of the bakery) are gluten-free. Both of these were different from what I would normally have, but they were very good. The London Fog was really well made. For oat milk, it had some very nice froth. The flavor and the temperature were good. The Pecan Maple Scone was also good. Like many gluten-free baked goods, it was more dense. They warmed it for me, and it was a delicious treat and a nice companion to the latte. Service: We received excellent service from the person helping us. We were the first ones there when they opened at 9:00. She was very helpful in explaining the café offerings and was clearly passionate about the mission. The London Fog is not on the regular menu, but they knew what it was and were happy to make it. They ensured we got everything we asked for: lattes in mugs, bakery items warmed, and food brought out to the table. Relaxed, helpful, and friendly service. Thanks, Elizabeth. Atmosphere: The place is bright and cheerful. The bee theme is present throughout the entire café, from the wall coverings to the small plates for beverages. Lots of nice light comes in through the front windows. There is plenty of seating for different-sized groups, with a choice of metal or upholstered chairs, or a couch for different levels of comfort and conversation. The entire visit had a nice vibe. We found ourselves in Mukwonago around lunch time and decided to try Bee Well Cafe. The decor carries a bee theme throughout the place with fuzzy looking bees painted on the walls as well as a hive pattern, coasters, real plates with bees, and even bee themed salt and pepper shakers. They note that they feature fresh local organic goods, though the cold cuts displayed were Boars Head. I ordered a grilled cheese artichoke havarti sandwich, and it was tasty and not too heavy. Our sandwiches were accompanied by savory gherkins, which were delicious. You can enter via the front or back entrance. Super cute coffee/tasty food and bites spot. I loved the ambiance and decor, just very cozy and inviting. It is also kid friendly, which is super awesome, with puzzles and games for them to play with while you maybe hang with a friend and chat. Another awesome insight this place has is local goodies such as farm fresh eggs, paleo and gluten free treats, etc. The service was super friendly, as well. I just happened to come in on a Tuesday and kids eat free that day! Both of my children's paninis were free. They also use boars head meats (my fav). read more

Fantastic first experience here! The moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness by the owners son working the register. Absolutely floored by his professionalism, customer service and hospitality! The overall performance of the whole team was outstanding. This is a great place! Breakfast was great and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the organic food! Definitely a place I'd stop in again if in the area! Definitely kid friendly! Great place to sit in or take out! My husband and I were looking for a close to home date night and saw on facebook that Bee Well Cafe was looking for some people to taste some menu items. All we had to do was show up at 4pm on Wednesday 3/12...so we did and OMG! All I can say is if you have not been here you need to stop by! First off the place is super cute. The owner is sooooo nice! and the food is quality and delicious! We tried several different sandwiches (breakfast and lunch) and a smoothie bowl and lets not forget the most amazing pecan bar you will ever have! Everything was excellent! At the very least stop by for a cup of coffee and a pecan bar I am telling you it's like a visit to heaven. I wish I could tell you my favorite sandwich but I can't every sandwich I had was delicious you could tell they have top notch quality ingredients in each bite.
