Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! No one mentioned it was expired the first time I was there (which I would have been fine paying for my pedicure if someone explained that to me instead writing in a new date so couldn't use it again) Also I'm just not sure why they would give me back a gift certificate that I can't use anymore or never mention that it was expired. 2. What kind of place has a 1 week or 1 month expiration date?
