So he'll do the building work but he'll also supervise and coordinate the electrical plumbing finishing and schedule those players, pay them out, keep them on track and move it all along etc.Most recently Jim designed and constructed a beautiful outdoor hard scape for our front yard. The crew of Vatalia, Serge, and Mark did the demo and framing for the new concrete. They were professional and friendly and did a great job! The concrete crew arrived two days later and did a beautiful job. They were also professional and friendly. We are very happy with the results. On the other hand, the communication with the estimator was less than satisfactory, slow/unresponsive. We were told just before the concrete was set to be done, that it would cost an extra $800 for additional equipment which turned out not to be necessary, after l refused to pay the extra money.
