As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly associate who said she would have someone with us shortly. In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives.     After my first appliance order did not show up, (internet order) I called the store in Milford. I…read morespoke to the manager named Dan. I have bought many appliances from this store. (I manage properties) Dan said he would place the order for me and set delivery for the next day. Mind you, my tenant already took off one day of work. A confirmed text was sent from PC Richards with a delivery window of 7:00am - 10:30am. 8:45am a person from PC Richards called to confirm delivery this am and the address. Guess what DID NOT happen!!! CORRECT no delivery!! I called the number that called me- the gentleman I spoke to basically stated that I was still 4 stops away and he saw a different time window. Not sure why when I have it in text. And nothing he can do- what did I want from him. I got a ton of pushback when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I was put on the phone with Dan the store manager that I placed the order with. Shockingly, I had the same attitude from him. Not his problem appliance was out for delivery and if I don't like it, I can cancel the order. At the end of the day, I was not looking for anything. I called to see what was going on with the delivery. A simple apology that this issue had taken so many sideway turns would have been great. Instead, I was met with an "oh well" attitude. I have to agree with Julio G (review Feb 21, 2025) that their customer service is not good and they definitely do not value their loyal customers. Maybe a little inservice training is needed

    Very unhappy with the delivery service. The salesman, Stephen, told us that when they delivered our…read morenew mattress they would remove the old mattress, box spring and rails. The delivery people refused to take the rails and the box spring. They said they do not take metal and could not get the box spring through a tight corner. We bought the old set years ago from the same store when it was a Sleepy's, and their delivery guys were able to negotiate the corner. When I called the store, I was told that it was up to the delivery company whether or not they will remove something. They called this their NE VIP SETUP SERVICE. They did set up the bed and left it in the middle of the room, not where I told them to put it. The also left trash around the room. When I asked the delivery guy if they were going to clean up after themselves, he just gave me a rude stare. My wife and I had to remove the old box spring, rails and and trash and take them to the dump ourselves. Won't buy from them again.

I also want to…read moresay that the bed we purchased - the ILE, is equally terrific, and I'd highly recommend it. The reason for the 3 stars is the service on the back end. Customer service is not easy to work with, nor is the delivery team. We were happy with the first go-round, having received our Sleep Number P5 bed on-time and with professionalism. It was when we decided to switch to the ILE that things went haywire. First, I had a change of heart after ordering the upgrade (ILE) and cancelled the order. After some reflection, we decided to reorder the replacement. This is where things went off the rails. The replacement cost was higher than the first purchase price. It took several calls to get this straightened out. When the delivery team brought the new mattress, it didn't come with the ILE base, which is different than the P5. So back the mattress had to go, and on the way out, the delivery team damaged trim in the stairwell. Long story short, it took several rounds to get it fixed properly, and several calls to get the bed order right. Now that I have the new bed, it's taking several weeks to get it to pair with the app properly. All that said, we love the bed and am happy with our decision to purchase it (so far).

When working with salesman Alan, I kept asking several questions on the materials and variations between the mattresses for sale and he kept dodging my questions and saying I should buy whatever feels comfortable. None of my questions mattered. He kept guaranteeing that there would be 100 nights sleep guarantee and that my full purchase minus a $250 pick up fee would be refundable within that hundred days if uncomfortable. With 100 day guarantee we felt comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, this has been the worst mattress purchase I've made so I called to get a refund just to learn that only the mattress is refundable less the $250 fee not the base. The base cost Just as much as the mattress. So because salesman Alan is a liar I'm now stuck with an adjustable base for glorified air mattress that I don't need. Working with corporate, but they're just as bad as the sales representative that helped me. Steer clear of this establishment and company overall. Also want to mention that they don't tell you about the purchase agreement and run you through it swiftly have you sign it and then use that against you even though they didn't disclose anything but lies during the sales process. I also filed a claim with the BBB. I'd also like to add the store manager Zak Seyal was in the Store throughout our entire sales process there were barely any other customers that walked through so he had plenty of time to intervene and not once did he bother to explain any sort of purchase agreement outside of what he heard his sales representative lying to us about. The only time the store manager interjected in the conversation was when he could see my obvious frustration after asking several questions about the difference between the mattresses in which Alan wouldn't answer, and the manager gave a vague answer regarding foam. If you do choose to purchase here don't let the salesman read you the terms because they cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. What a sad way to operate for a commission check. Honesty goes a long way and I wouldn't be so frustrated and upset if I had been told the truth. And I probably wouldn't have purchased the bed same day if I had been told the truth but again they swore us up and down that all is refundable and all you lose is $250 which if that was the fact I was ok with that. This has been extremely infuriating. And per sleep numbers response to another review similar to mine regarding the base "As is an industry-standard practice, adjustable bases are non-returnable. However, they are designed to work with a wide variety of beds, which adds to their versatility. We do disclose this in the terms of the sale" that is a lie, you do not disclose this to customers and especially not during my sale you didn't. Not once was that spoken or read or shown for me to read at my time of sale. Totally predatory and misleading sales practices here. We were told the purchase has a 100 day guarantee by sales rep Alan. If we don't like what we bought we have 100 days to return it minus a $250 fee for them to come pick it back up. That all seemed perfectly reasonable and I felt comfortable taking a chance on trying it at home for the trial period. Come to find out only the mattress is refundable. The adjustable base cannot be returned, no exceptions. Completely mislead by the sales team. On top of all of that, I've missed so many nights sleep since I bought this piece of garbage because it literally feels like an air mattress. There is absolutely no absorption of movement from your partner because you're literally laying on a pocket of air so you can feel every single movement of theirs all night long. This is by far the worst purchase I've ever made. Only to be made worse by the lying manipulative sales tactics and the horrible customer service. We were told that the base being non refundable was in our purchase agreement- which the sales rep read over with us and at no point did they ever verbally say anything about the base not being able to be returned. If I'm returning the garbage mattress why would I want to keep the base that has all sorts of mechanisms that only works with a sleep number bed?? This company is a scam and buyer beware. I would also just like to end this review with saying what a cold rep Chelsey who reports to Jasmine Justin is. She should really not be customer facing and lacks total empathy.
