As previously mentioned, there's no flashy showroom or big advertising campaign. The store is tucked away next to a go-kart track and can be a bit tricky to find, but seek it out. That means you'll only be paying for a quality mattress and getting a great price. I had done some web research about mattresses since shopping for one can be overwhelming. Factory Bedding doesn't have hundreds of "S brand" mattresses (which my research tells me are higher on promotion than quality) but they do have really good value ones. Carlos is very low key -- he's friendly and knows his stuff. We've had our mattress for a couple of weeks now and are very happy with it, in addition to having gotten an excellent deal. The delivery was prompt, too. A side note about how nice the owner is: When we stopped in to shop for a mattress, there was a lady whose car had broken down. She clearly wasn't there to buy anything, but Carlos gave her a place to sit and let her charge her cell phone while she waited for a ride. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly associate who said she would have someone with us shortly. In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives. My family and I had a very pleasant experience at Spector Furniture. Not only did those stores not have what we were looking for, the staff members weren't attentive to our needs. When we were about to give up looking, I remembered seeing an ad for Spector Furniture and we thought to try them out. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very impressed and happy with our time there. We were greeted at the door and directed to the large selection of recliners. Kenny is the perfect salesperson who helped us out, didn't pressure us to buy anything, yet answered any questions we had, and gave us time to try out as many recliners that we wanted. The customer service at Spector is above and beyond those big furniture stores! The stock of items was very expansive, especially recliners with the handle that none of the other stores are willing to sell anymore! We were out of the door within an hour and within another hour, someone had picked up the chair in their SUV and it was home! We are definitely planning on returning to refurnish our entire living room! So if you are looking for high quality furniture at more than reasonable pricing, at a store with excellent customer service, I would highly recommend a visit to Spector Furniture. UPDATE: We were waiting for an order for an extender for the recliner lever and it came pretty promptly. The delivery people refused to take the rails and the box spring. They said they do not take metal and could not get the box spring through a tight corner. We bought the old set years ago from the same store when it was a Sleepy's, and their delivery guys were able to negotiate the corner. When I called the store, I was told that it was up to the delivery company whether or not they will remove something. They called this their NE VIP SETUP SERVICE. They did set up the bed and left it in the middle of the room, not where I told them to put it. The also left trash around the room. When I asked the delivery guy if they were going to clean up after themselves, he just gave me a rude stare. My wife and I had to remove the old box spring, rails and and trash and take them to the dump ourselves. Won't buy from them again.

After this I was then able to go back to see Terry "cloth" and she was as helpful to me as the first time we went to buy the mattress set. I enjoyed talking with her and seeing that she never treated me differently or rude and she never rushed me to hurry up and choose an exchange mattress- The most important part in my experience in working with Terry in selecting another mattress (exchange) was that she wasn't pushing me to buy anything out of my budget, I'm so, so, thankful!!!!! Just what I needed, this was Awesome!!!!!! As many of us know, the economy is still very challenging for many people so I'm on the list of those trying not to overspend and Terry was very understandable of my economic situation and assisted me in my next mattress to replace the one that was defective.
