As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly associate who said she would have someone with us shortly. In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives. I ended up buying over $500 worth of clothes and home decor, because they have that much cute stuff at this location. Lots of foodie themed dresses and shirts, I just could not resist. One part was damaged but it looked like it might not be visible once assembled. So i decided to assemble. It was absolutely visible. When i called i was given two options a 5% discount that will void the warranty or disassemble the item and get a replacement. There really was not a choice in this mater. Spend 4 hours to disassemble one and return to get another and spend another 4 hours to assemble or take the 5%. I feel like they maybe do this on purpose so they can sell the item at a fraction cheaper and not have to honor their warranty. Will never order from them again.

She went over all the fabric selections with us and made an appointment to come to our house to review the placement and order before we actually ordered. While at our house she said we should get one chair for that area not 2 as we planned. She also suggested getting extra fabric since we have a cat and, well we know how cats scratch furniture. She also explained the protection programs which I never would have gotten had I not known how reasonable they were and what they covered. When the furniture arrived Dawn made an appointment to come to the house again. She brought the fabric we had ordered and went over furniture placement with us. She moved a few pieces and wow what a difference her eye made. She suggested what else we needed to finish the room including rug sizes (and she brought samples for us to see) and lamp heights. I don't have enough good words for her and for our experience at the store.
