I think this was probably my first time shopping at this BB&B. I used to shop at the store in Wayne, PA but I guess I just sort of stopped going over the years. Anyway, the Wayne store has since closed, and this location was the closest I could find to spend the gift card that my mother-in-law gave me for my birthday. I have to admit they had some pretty cool stuff that caught my eye. I spent my gift card on some nice cushy bed pillows, but I might head back soon to check out some other stuff. In the meantime, I will be saving every coupon that they send me, since they apparently never expire and you can use one per item. You learn something new every day. read more

I loved Bed Bath and Beyond, and was so disappointed to find out they were going out of business. And while I know Overstock purchased their inventory, it's just not the same of being able to visit a brick and mortar store to touch and feel the item. read more

A giant box store surrounded by other box stores on what once was home of the Brandywine Race Track. I really can't think of any negative things about this location. I've been to smaller BB&B locations, and I definitely like this one the best. They always will accept the coupons that come in the mail, even if they've expired. They have a good selection, and a huge wedding registry section. While I ended up registering for my BB&B stuff online and registering for china at Macy's, it was nice to be able to walk around and get a close up look at place settings. read more

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. And especially this store. Huge. Ample. Clean. Well stocked. The business model of BB&B is that you pretty much have to make a round-robin around a store which is strategically arranged to take you around the latest gadgets. And I am a gadget freak. A cooking section that rivals a Williams Sonoma store in quality, with KitchenAid, Calphalon, All Clad and Le Creuset wares. Dinner wear galore. Bath fixtures, bedding, Keurig coffee machines, and towards the end of the round -the-store walk, a huge toiletry section. Nestled in the upscale Brandywine shopping center, within easy walking distance from Lowe's, PetSmart and the other necessities. I'll even forgive that they are a mall.... I love this place! read more

Coming here is always a joy. There's always a treasure to be found and today didn't disappoint me. The staff was plentiful, helpful and friendly. I was advised that multiple coupons could be used and the young lady was pleasant enough to wait while I went to my car for additional coupons! Love this store. Had an issue and Brielle was wonderful. Rick was nice too as a manager. They took care of my problem with patience.

I was a little reluctant to stop here because I was told it was a bunch of junk- but that simply isn't the truth. It's true they have a lot of gimmicky stuff- but I was able to obtain some very nice fine china and high-end, luxurious bath towels. The selection of wall art is very slim. Customer service was polite. Everything packed floor to ceiling gives the store kind of a cheap big box/outlet/discount type feel to it. I was surprised to find the MORE expensive towels toward the BACK of the section. read more

Do not shop here. Worst return policy ever! I bought 2 items and they did not work. Could not find the receipt so I was offered a credit minus 20% ! The light and trimmer did not work! They couldn't find it on my credit card. Really? No one else had that problem. Rip off !! Never again! read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I hate the layout of the store, which is the main reason why I don't just love the store. It's impossible to get through the aisles with a cart because there is just stuff EVERYWHERE. It's an awkward game of weaving carts around/backing into aisles so someone can pass. It's overwhelming to me. That said, the staff is very attentive. I was there for a while today getting new stuff for my apartment and was asked at least half a dozen times if I needed help/was guided to the correct section of an area. Rather than always trying to push the most expensive product on the customer, they were willing to hear what I had to say and make suggestions. They didn't have one thing that I was looking for, but the man that was helping me at that point kindly told me different stores where I could find it. The never-expiring coupons are also amazing. Today I saved $80 thanks to a huge stack of coupons. read more

Went in here on Cyber Monday. Someone greeted me at the door and just said "Hi", but nothing else. Are you really only supposed to say "Hi" or are you supposed to tell me about specials, something to get me excited about shopping here, or something relevant about this place? I walked throughout the whole store, employees passing me by without saying anything. It was not busy. One employee at the gift registry was on the phone complaining about how nobody told her anything...unprofessional for a customer to hear that. I walked around for 10-15 mins, nobody said a word. I left without buying anything. No wonder retail is dying. You gotta be on your A game if you want to stay alive. I can shop from my computer without the bad attitudes of retail employees. For some reason, I only go to Bed Bath & Beyond to buy bathroom scales and every time I'm there, I use a coupon that is months, or even years, old and marvel at how the cashier didn't even bat an eye before accepting a coupon from the Bush administration! (I'm exaggerating just a little there.) Anyway, as far as bathroom scales go, they have quite a good selection at several different price levels. Checkout service was good too. (Well, how can it be bad? They take long-expired coupons, for goodness sake!) The main caveat, as I see it, is aisles and corridors aren't terribly wide, so I would avoid this store when it is busy. Try a weekday evening. read more

I was at this location this past weekend. How disappointing they don't seem to stock anything anymore. Yes like others I find it difficult to navigate the store with stuff EVERYWHERE. But more important to me was the fact that everything I asked for I was told "you have to order that online". I drove 30 minutes to this store so I could see these items to make sure they were what I wanted before purchasing them, only to be told "on line". So if you are looking for matching knobs and handles for your vanity, you have to order on line. If you are looking for curtains (in their massive display) for curtains shorter than 84 inches, you have to order them online. If you are looking for matching curtains to the shower curtains, you have to "order online", I started asking about bathroom items in the display, that you have to order online. After the that time I was told I had to order it online. I just left. There is so much stuff in this store I can't believe the items people need most have to be ordered online. I mean honestly there is an entire wall of straws for the tumblers but I can't get matching curtains and shower curtains?? The associate that helped me was very nice - Shannon. So now when I need something BB&B will be last on my list of places to look because they don't stock anything of use in the actual store. read more
