We came to Grossman with a primary goal in mind, to buy tempur pedic mattress. Even though we recognized there are limited deals or things that the department can offer, I would have liked a little more engagement or understanding of the tempur pedic process. While my pregnant wife was slowly trying the beds, another customer rep kept on eyeing us with hurried glances because we were delaying her customer from trying out the beds. This was unnecessary. Also they forgot to give us our pillows when we were leaving. This wasn't a big deal, but it did cause some minor issues as I had to call Grossman when the mattress were available, and they forgot about it, and the delivery people also forgot to bring it with them and had to drive back.
