    We went to At Home recently when looking for furniture in the area. I had never heard of this store…read moreor been inside and was pleasantly surprised! They have an extensive selection of all types of furniture, decor, and holiday decorations! We were able to find a nice storage cabinet for our dining room at a very reasonable price. They had lots of other furniture as well, but had low stock of some items. They had tons of holiday decorations at great prices as well! I will definitely be back to buy some decor for our home for the holidays!

Called to speak with the GM Sam to complain about my experience at the store and when I called the person who answered said he stepped out for a "breather". I called back a little later, allowing him time to breath and then was told he was busy but would give me a call but then never called me back. I won't visit this location and definitely don't recommend it.

Colleen worked with my wife and left her feeling truly cared for. Later on, we worked with the manager, Rob, and the general manager, Matt. We also interacted with Ian. All were super caring and went far out of their way to make sure our experience was good. I commented to Matt about how impressed I am with the care they showed. He explained that the store is a family operation that does its best to treat its employees and customers well. That was definitely our experience. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan.

    I have been a customer of Raymour & Flanigan for many years. This is the first time I had a…read moreproblem. I will never shop at any of their stores again. I purchased the mattress in early June 2026. The mattress and replacement mattress both have the same defect. Raymour & Flanigan's solution - No Refund. Select a different mattress style even though this was the only sytle I like. I ordered a mattress which I paid over $3,000 for. The mattress was defective. I requested an inspection. They made me wait days. I understand this for sofas, chairs, tables, etc. But a mattress should be the next day. Need a place other than the sofa to sleep. I asked them at the store to set the inspection for the next day. They said they do not make the schedule. I pointed out they can call and request the next day. They said they have no input. Are you serious??? I received a replacement mattress with the same defect. This time I have to wait 9 nights before they will inspect it. Again, I asked them at the store to get involved and change the date. Again, they state they have no input. How can they not see that a call from the store manager will make a difference??? I told them I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem. I expect a refund. I was told they will not issue a refund. I must accept a different mattress. This was the only mattress I liked. So they breach the contract and I must accept a mattress I do not like??? Does anyone have common sense? I asked for the Corporate's local phone number. Both customer service and the store provided an 888 number. I asked for the local number. Either they do not know it or will not provide it. It is hard to find online. I never saw a corporate number so hard to obtain. Are they having so many problems that their corporate office does not want to deal with the issues? Another issue is dealing with their customer service number. After I selected the many options I was put on hold. This happened on many of my calls. Then I received a message that they are busy and to call back. I am then disconnected. Are you serious? You have an irritated customer and then hang up on them. No other company I have dealt with does this. They offer for you to continue to hold or call you back. I ended up having to drive to the store. All I want is a fair resolution. I want a full refund. I am not one to sue. I never have. However, if this is not resolved with a full refund soon I will file a lawsuit. It will be for more than the cost of the mattress. I will also file for the court costs and punitive damages. I made 2 statements that I consider to be common sense and they looked at me like I have a 3rd eye. I requested they have my inspection date moved up and second, I should not have to accept a mattress I do not like. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
