For the most part, I was pleased with their selection. The 40% off of Christmas items was a nice plus. When I approached the cashier; I asked if I could apply for their credit card as I would have gotten another 40% off. The cashier had not offered that when my items were totaled. The gal said it would not count on that days visit. I was disappointed as my total was over $250. She did not offer anymore details, and seemed put out at my request. I later found out that I COULD have saved 40% and an extra 20%. Needless to say; this led to my 1 star review. I can't say that I will never return there, but it certainly won't be my "go to" place. Think some training in customer service is warranted!!!

Aisles so organized I swear even a blind mule could find a socket set in here. And the employees? Friendlier than a ranch dog that just heard the kibble bag shake. Every one of 'em said hello, pointed me where I needed to go, and didn't give me that "lost cowboy in the tool aisle" look I usually get. If every Harbor Freight ran like this one, I'd be broke... but happy. Five stars, easy. Cowboy-approved.

Yes they had it but to deliver and set up is where most of the expense went to. Disheartening I was ready to leave. This guy was not going to let us go. A bit of the hard sell salesman came out. Makes me nervous. But I said let me look around and as I looked I saw something I have been looking for for our bedroom. Then his phone calculator was working overtime. But I was pleased with the pricing of both items and the service for set up etc. I didn't have to stick around forever we set a date for delivery and out the door we went. The set up and delivery is scheduled so we shall see how part 2 goes.

My wife and I started looking around and were greeted by Robert S. I told him we were looking for a hybrid mattress with latex foam. He showed us the Pranasleep Karma Elite which we immediately liked. Robert was a wealth of "Mattress Knowledge " and answered every one of our questions. We didn't buy on the spot as I never make large purchases on impulse. Wife and I got home and I had a couple more questions so I sent Robert an email. Received a prompt response (2nd test passed).
