I was so impressed with the help Mohammad gave me today in the gardening department. I cannot tell you how educated he was with all the plants the fertilizer, the temperature, etc. I was like , WOW you need to be a professor he knew Everything about gardening he knew so much. Lowe's is lucky to have such a kind, helpful smart educated gentleman. Also everyone else in the store was very kind today too considering it was memorial weekend and the store was quite busy, but everyone was kind and courteous they had excellent variety of plants mulch. Ever they had advertised except for the tomato plants I want it.lol I am usually a Home Depot gal, but I have to say Lowe's changed my mind today so thanks you guys you did excellent. read more

They have the worst return policy on the planet that's geared to rip you off of your hard earned money as often as possible and the customer service at this Jensen Beach Florida location is the absolute WORST! After 4 visits to this location and providing receipt & labeled cans as they requested Lowe's Manager Donnie refused to stand by there product and mistake. Clearly the employee improperly mixed the color pattern and gave me purple paint not Grey selected from there swatch The Elephant in the room. As Manager Donnie did not do his job, suggested no resolution and showed no compassion or understanding. Having to re-purchase and re-pay the contractor due to Lowe's Mistake is not good business practice and I suggest the consumers shop at a business that stands by there products and cares about there customers. Seriously on a busy Saturday you have 2 cashiers at the end of the store or self checkout!

Bought doors there and they charged me twice. Claim it was not there fault that take it up with the bank . So disappointed

This Lowe's is laid out like most others I've been to which makes it easier to get in and get out quickly. The aisles are nice and wide for ease of navigating sometimes awkward sized loads on purchases. I've asked employees for help finding specific items and they've always been quick to either take me to the location or accurately point me in the right direction. read more

Please stay away from hiring Lowe's to do any home improvement. They will hired several subcontractor to do one job. I m currently dealing with a nightmare in my kitchen. I had to paid $300 dollars to fix my outlets in the kitchen because none of them weren't working after my countertop was installed. They left cuts on my kitchen wall after the backsplash was installed and no one is taking responsibility. Lowe's hired Empire Stone to make the measurements and they claimed that they sent the measurements to Lowe's so they could hired a company to make the cuts on my wall, but they are not liable. The lady from Lowe's that currently is supervising my complaint keeps assuring us that Empire Stone will fix the wall. Nothing is getting done. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement A family member of mine was permanently injured by an employee's negligence. The employee HURLED a bag of WET mulch into her car and snapped her wrist. I watched it happen with my own eyes. Even after we asked the employee to use the side door and place it in the vehicle. My family member had to quit her job of 12 years due to this permanent injury. Lowe's is taking NO ACCOUNTABILITY and trying to make it sound like her job caused the injury. Even though she has medical documentation showing otherwise. So now I'm taking her story public. People need to know. Lowe's doesn't actually care about people. Shame on you Lowe's! read more

I am not one to write reviews much but i felt i had to commend awesome customer service from "Doris" in the Home Decor department (Blinds department) My wife and I bought a bunch of blinds from the St Lucie West Lowes but their cutting machine was broken so we had to go to Jensen Beach to have them cut and it's a blessing that we did because Doris educated us on the proper measuring for installation which would have been completely wrong if we had had the St Lucie store cut them (on their advice) Doris was solo in a very busy department but expertly measured each blind and cut it to precision, There was one blind we were short but wouldn't be in stock till the next day and Doris said "come in at noon and i'll have it done for you" well sure enough i went back at noon and Doris had it cut and waiting for us. This kind of customer service has to be acknowledged, this woman, working solo in this department made us feel like a priority, not a pain in the rear end. I sure hope Lowes realizes what a gem of an employee they have working there. Well done Doris! read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. Deserves negative 5000000 stars. I was having a new washer and dryer delivered. During installation they were unable to stop the water after the water valve broke while trying to turn it off. They called me out to the garage where it was pure chaos. Water was squirting everywhere, they were yelling in Spanish and asking me where the main water line. I did not know where it was and was in a complete panic watching my garage flood with water. They were telling me I need to go get someone to help. I said I can't leave my home I have two kids inside. My mom was able to come over while I was in my bedroom having a full blown panic attack over the situation. She was able to help them and they finally got the water to stop. They hooked up the washer and dryer but after all the water damage and breaking the water valve the new washer now does not work. The sensor lights turn on but the water never goes into wash mode. We called Lowe's to explain the situation and I spoke to Ellie. I told her during our phone call that the delivery drivers were trying to contact me and were at my gate and she said that they don't need to come back after explaining if they take the new washer I won't be able to use my water. I thought she had communicated with the delivery drivers but I guess not because next thing I know my mom told me there is someone at my front door. The delivery drivers came back and my mom went I to the garage with them. They were pleading with my mom trying to get her to say that the water valve was already broken which it was not. My old washer and dryer worked just fine, I literally did a load of laundry last night so it was not broken before. This new washer and dryer was a Christmas present from my father. I stepped out into the garage to bring my kids in since my mom had them out there. I noticed the one delivery driver was recording the entire thing, with my kids present. I immediately told them to leave, that I did not authorize them to come back to my property and I don't know how they even got in the gate. I brought my kids inside again in a full blown panic fearing for my safety. My mom stayed out there and tried to calm the situation again asking them to leave numerous times. They played around with the washer but it would still not work. After about 20 minutes and numerous times asking them to leave they finally did. These men were clearly very upset, telling us this will now come out of their pocket. They have my address and phone number and videos of children and home. Fast forward to the plumber coming to fix the broken valve, washer still didn't work after all the water damage. I told lowes MULTIPLE TIMES, do not send the same men to my home when delivering the new washer replacement. WHAT DO YOU KNOW???!!! The same man recording me and my children shows up. Smiles at me when he sees me and gave me a creepy "good morning smile" I stared him down and didn't say a word. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. This isn't even the full story btw I have more to add but not even worth my time. Lowe's could offer me a brand new appliance of my choice and I would laugh in their face. Save your sanity and DO NOT SHOP HERE. read more

It is almost a year 2022 but if you go to the counter with a return at Lowe's without a receipt they will act like it is a tragedy that can barely be redeemable. I think for the past 15 to 20 years Home Depot has been able to track your purchases by your phone number or the credit card as many people are not litigious with their receipts and often lose them. Not being able to look up your customers purchases with either their credit card or their phone number seems to be a huge degradation of services compared to Home Depot. So if Lowes is more expensive yet doesn't offer more benefits and features why would anyone shop at Lowe's I promise you I never will again. Joby from garden equipment was very helpful and tried to refer us to another employee who knows about fire pit - DIY or ready assemble.

Not only do they not honor their online prices but they will also tell you to go to Home Depot. After the customer service last refused to get a manger I found another associate to get him and he too was rude. So here I am at Home Depot and it's way cheaper here anyway so thanks for that read more

Went to Lowe's tonight to get some home supplies and witness an absolutely sad thing. Shelia a "supervisor" who obviously loves to abuse her authority. She treated her fellow coworkers horribly, making one younger gentleman walk the parking lots several times to get a single cart. Personally as someone in management this is a perfect example of someone who shouldn't be in a leadership role. It's honestly sad for these employees that they have to put up with this tyrant. I am not looking forward to shopping here again and am not happy about Lowe's hiring such a horrible person as a supervisor when she shouldn't still be working there in the first place. I needed some pvc pipe cut from a long 8' section. 22 different small pieces we're needed to help with a hobby project, Without any hesitation, the both of them cut the pipe and helped me to choose the other pieces needed to complete my project. We just bought a new home that needs a complete interior remodel so off to Lowe's in Jensen Beach I went. It was hands down THE BEST experience I've ever had in any big box store!! First I encountered Jessica while looking at cabinets and counters. She was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She and I will definitely be creating the new kitchen together. After that I moved onto flooring and was lucky enough to come across Justin. He too was so skilled and went above and beyond to help me pick out flooring choices. He even mixed up a sample of my paint color for me. Both of these individuals deserve major kudos for their work ethic and attitude. They are both definitely a huge asset to your organization. I bought a 2/2 condo recently that is in terrific condition, absolutely "move in ready". One thing that needs to be done is the windows. They are the originals from 1984. Aluminum frame, single pane, they need to be replaced. I've been chewing on this and exactly what is it going to cost. Everything is attached to the my wallet. Maybe I am thinking of a dollar figure much higher than it actually is. I've gotten to the point where I'm stressing over this. I need to get the facts! I stopped here at this Lowes on US1, wandered around the windows for about 15 minutes. Came across a bunch of words that I have no clue what they mean. Oh, have I forgot to mention about the male employee sitting at the desk who completely ignored me? I did ask him if the computer system was set up with the local condos in the area? He only said, "Oh, we don't have that." Their were many pamphlets available, I stood looking at them for about five minutes. He never asked if he could help me. Very unhappy with this store, keep driving, Home Depot is just a bit south from this store on US 1 in Jensen Beach. I purchased carpeting and was totally mislead on what I was paying for. I purchased carpet for our living room and a spare bedroom. When they were done, I was left with enough carpeting from the living room to completely carpet the spare bedroom. I asked why they didn't tell/suggest this to me I was told... it's NOT our job to save you money. Not only is that a horrible way to run a business, but it's a horrible answer. And, the man who said this was telling me he was the manager and Lowe's did nothing about this. Guess they agree with him. I'm sure that's not how you want to be treated when it's your hard earned money. When renovating my kitchen and bathroom I'll be going to Home Depot. I live in Port Saint Lucie and there is a Lowe's in St. Lucie West who has just lost my business as far as big ticket items. Over the past year I have purchased the following from the St. Lucie West Lowe's: Whirlpool Dishwasher, Range, Washer, and Weber Grill. Now, lets get down to brass tacks!! Lowe's of Jensen Beach has my undivided attention when it comes to future big ticket items that I am still in need of due to a fantastic customer service representative in the appliance department. He took his time with us, did not rush, answered all questions, and THEN went on to explain that if we found the SAME item on SALE within 30 days they would refund us the difference. We'll, guess what Lowe's put my refrigerator on sale for the Labor Day weekend and was just refunded the difference in price over the phone. They went on to further advise me that if I found the same item cheaper elsewhere they would meet the price again. Lowe's of Jensen Beach you're my new Lowe's!!!!! read more

It's a shame that they let little things ruin what would be a decent store. They never have people around when you need help; don't be cheap, hire enough workers! Also, the ones they hire are often rude and not willing to go out of their way, even a little, to help. They also make things very difficult to do because they're afraid they might lose a dollar.
