What a great experience. From the onset George Ritz our Sales and Design Consultant in Ft Pierce,…read morewas excellent. We viewed a few models on the lot and George took time to explain the construction, ins and outs of the project, various ways to design all while understanding our budget. I was also able to call before delivery to add a window not on the original order. George also recommended a local landscaper to set the gravel foundation...very reasonable. Once shed completed was called to see if all was good...I questioned a concern was ask to send pics and next day a supervisor was here to follow up. All was good... my point being TUFF SHED wanted complete satisfaction. Everyone involved in this process should be rewarded. GREAT JOB!!!! This isn't just a shed it is another 10x12 room. LOVE IT!!!! Thank you TUFF SHED

New England Granite Works, Inc…read more 03-17-26 Review: I am a designer who contracted this company for two projects. Both were poorly fabricated and installed with damaged granite slabs. The owner claimed the slabs were chipped during loading, which is false. Timeline: Templates were taken for two residences. The templates were not followed in either project. The granite was cut by hand instead of using a CNC machine. Your employee admitted the work did not meet company standards and should not have been done by hand. Your proposed solution was to fill ¼" gaps and caulk over them. Wood or painted trim is not feasible around a cooktop or oven exhaust. This project has been ongoing since October 2025. Your company destroyed two slabs of numbered, book-matched material. Your claim that I am "taking advantage" of you is insulting. If the granite had been fabricated properly according to the templates, this dispute would not exist. Your proposed solution does not address the underlying issues and is unacceptable. I have been disputing this matter for over 5 months and living without a working kitchen. The owner is not offering any refund and replacement material and expects me to absorb the costs for both houses which is over $45,000.00

We showed up at the warehouse when they were technically closed, yet he still took the time to meet with us, walk us through the space, and track down the perfect piece. For such a small purchase, he treated us like valued customers and made us feel completely at home. Exceptional service, genuine kindness, and true professionalism. Highly recommend Accurate Granite and Marble and especially Frank.
