I stood in line at customer service to await my turn for assistance. Ron was the employee standing at the counter helping two ahead of me. When it was my turn for assistance, Ron told me to go to the aisle and wait on him. There were three males behind me, and he began helping them. I approached and confronted Ron, as I was the next to be helped. He again told me to go to the plumbing aisle and he would come. I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. I don't spend my money in businesses that treat me like a second class citizen. I hope Home Depot and Lowe's puts them out of business. DISGUSTING!!!

They looked at my key and said "Oh you have to go to our Stuart location, they cut those kinds of keys." I then went an hour later to the Stuart location. "They have a key cutter at their store why did they send you here?" Followed immediately by "Oh we don't cut outside keys and I don't have any keys similar to what you're trying to get." I asked why they can't just cut my blank I brought with me. "I can't charge you for that I don't know how." So now I've wasted my afternoon and the very few key cutting places near all close earlier than Peter's hardware. Thank you all for wasting my time.

Finally, they set up an appointment for us to call a service company only to find the phone number was no longer in service. Called Midea about this "runaround" only to be told they needed the proof of purchase we have provided four times. Decided to call a local appliance repair company only to be told they won't work on Midea products . Called Lowe's . They won't help. Checked Lowe's website and found they are still selling Midea!
