Was told 6 weeks which was fine but then rescheduled and rescheduled, ordered in Feb and final inspection was in August,(6 months) no help from Carolina Carport, who installed and had to come out 5 different times to get it right! They dont take accountability for their mistakes and charged us additional $$ for each trip back to fix. This place is just the dealer, he orders and then you have to deal with Carolina Carports for specifics, including engineering and County issues.....PLEASE save yourself time, aggravation and MONEY!

I was in need of a shed to store the yard equipment and gardening hand tools, and all of the "ready…read moremade" options just fell short, base on the location that we had to work with. Driving by, I decided to check out the Shed Shop, and I was very pleased that I did, They were able to build the shed that I needed, rather then sell me the shed that was on the lot. Size, style, color, door size, and ventilation were all customized based on what I needed. So the order was placed on 06/23. On Friday, 07/03 that my custom shed was ready for delivery and installation. Based on my schedule, I selected Wednesday 07/08 at 11:00 am. Twice before delivery, I was called and asked to re-schedule the time, and before it was over, it was back to the 11:00. Confusing- they can do better. The real surprise was when my shed delivered. I had expected it to be placed on the ground and leveled. What I did not expect was that it would also be "tied down" (steel straps connecting four 30" mobile home auger type anchors) like a mobile home. But as the construction is hurricane rated, that the installation was up to the same standard, was a nice touch! So, if you have a storage need that can be solved by a shed- I'd certainly insure that the team at the Shed Shop is a part of the solution. I'm glad that I did.

Very thankful that they stayed even though it rained a for a period of time both days. The work was done in two days and my kids were so excited! I would definitely recommend him , he was very nice , on time , did the work nicely and followed through on his word !
