Their workers were polite and respectful of my home, cleaning up at the end of each step, not even waiting til the end of the day. It doesn't seem like much, but when there is granite dust and tile grout in the air it really helped minimize the dust and dirt. Victor offered design advice that saved me money and I was grateful for his honesty. I would highly recommend them for granite fabrication and tile work. The tile guy was amazing!!!' I had a very difficult pattern and he laid the entire kitchen backsplash out for me to see the whole pattern before he started . Time consuming for him but so awesome for me to see what 30 feet of backsplash would look like!! Thank You to the entire Mavit family. I LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Robin Raney

I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away. It is a pleasure for me to write a review for Cosenza Carpentry an I would recommend this company to everyone I know and will definitely be using Brandon in the future. Once the product was purchased, they had an install date for 2 weeks from the purchase date which was very reasonable. They use a third party for the installation. Gigi Duarte with Brazilian Best Tile & Marble was amazing!!! Her daughter Lulu and she were so attentive to our needs and wants and were very open with communication. We had 1 or 2 unplanned things happen when the old tile was being taken up, and because we didn't expect it, she did not charge us for the added labor. Her crew worked so hard for 5 days, transforming this home into something quite special and beautiful. I cannot recommend these companies more. Even if you just need installation, definitely go with Gigi, but if you need the whole package of tile and installation, look no further than Floors Direct in Stuart.
