Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. The table itself is quality however; the epoxy river and pods are terrible. The quality and craft is poor and disappointing to say the least. The charcoal gray is clearly black and the island pods look like someone drew them on with a black sharpie. Although the staff was apologetic and the owner Pete called me to apologize, nothing can be done. I allowed their friendly staff to advise me on the contrast as they kept telling me the colors we wanted were too close in shade and it would all blend. I trusted them, they do this for a living. I thought going with these colors were "safe" but the black that was supposed to be charcoal sticks out like a sore thumb. Pete says it sounds we had a different picture in our minds but that is not the case here at all. I'm stuck with it! Very disappointing.
