The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. The owner does not want to talk about a solution so we will have to wait until a judge sees the independently gathered evidence. If anyone else is in a similar situation do please contact. It's not simple getting a metal roof approved by my HOA, but Tara was super-responsive and helped me work out and meet every requirement and roadblock the HOA presented me with. When it came time to install the roof, the crew who removed the shingles was on time, respectful and, at the end of the day, cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. The intermediate inspections were scheduled so precisely that there were no delays in getting them completed (passing the first time) so the final steps could be done in a timely manner. At the end of the 6th day, my roof was finished, and the workers left my property the same way they found it. Another company underbid their price by $800, but I was so impressed with their professionalism and their explanations about the quality of the materials and workmanship they would be using that I opted to pay more. I was not disappointed. This company excels in the important areas of great customer service and excellent workmanship.

Steve, owner, is a gentleman (rare, I know) he was informative, friendly and absolutely didn't charge me!!! So OK, that floored me. I am not someone that expects free work! But he got up on the roof, inspected the gutters, took pictures and just cleared away a few feet of dead leaves. You know I will be calling Douglass Restoration in the future. He's so nice, in fact, I am tempted to invite him and his wife for dinnah!

Ismael inspected the area the following day, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work within a week. The company found rotted wood and repaired the affected area within four hours. Ismael took care to show me the extent of the damage and explain the repairs. he also provided photos showing the various steps of the repair. I would recommend this company.
