The…read moreinspector failed the first inspection because there were nail heads poked though the peel and stick all over, there were inch thick glops of caulk all over the roof covering up the nail heads, the plywood ripped the peel / stick in several places, the peel and stick wasn't installed under the drip edge, there was tons of rotten wood they didn't replace, and that's not all of it. We are very disappointed and feel like the new roof we paid for is not new at all :( To top it off the owner Kyle and his helper Ryan have both been rude and short with us.

They did excellent work for that leak, and when I got a second leak in August 2026, I knew who to call. Just like last time, they were very responsive and quoted a reasonable price for the repairs. These guys work as a great team and they work hard. It was oppressively hot and humid on the day of the repairs and they worked non-stop through the brutal conditions and just like last time, they did excellent work. They also stand by their work. I noticed a tile slipped out of place from the first repair and I called to ask it it was an issue or not and they sent someone out the next day to make any needed adjustments.
