Today I made a call to the closest mattress firm to me. My call was answered by a pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable employee. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism. Her name was Kiara. I did not have the receipt from my purchase in 2019 and I needed to find out about the warranty process. Kiara was determined to get me the information I needed. She took her time going through all the names of everyone in my condo building until she found it! I was so grateful for her commitment to customer service. Not only because she took so much time locating my receipt but she also made sure to explain the warranty process and offer to help further if needed. Kiara provided me with her name at that time and hours she would be in. She also said anyone at the store would be sure to take care of me. My husband and I ended up going into the store a few hours later to pick out a new mattress. We are going to proceed with a claim but needed a replacement ASAP. Kiara's care is what made me want to make another purchase from Mattress Firm! Kiara made sure to show us mattress' to best meet our needs and allow us to try them out with no pressure at all to purchase! The in store experience at Stuart Mattress Firm Center was wonderful. The sleep expert Barbara made the delivery appointment for Monday for the weekend sale. I advised her that I had an appointment on Monday around 10:30 am. She said to wait and see what 2 hour window would be given. OF course, the window turned out to be my appointment time. They said to call snd make a new appointment. I called and the female said she couldn't do anything that day. I called Tuesday and a male said he would make it right, which was a LIE. I called the following day and made the appointment for Friday on whuch I yet again had another appointment for 3:30 pm. Matress Firm texted me on Thursday evening & advised the 2 hour window was 2:30 to 4:30 pm. I canceled my hair salon appointment so I could take the mattress abd lost my hair stylust. Also gad another kab appointment at 2 pm Friday. Mattress Firm delivery arrived at 1:40 PM, an HOUR BEFIRE THEIR DELIVERY WONDOW. I couldn't take the mattress as I was leaving for my other quick lab appointment. After, I had a fit and calked the Stuart Mattress Firm, they brought the mattress at 3:20 PM. In summary, the nightmare starts when you attempt setting up delivery. You have to call Mattress Firm to maje rearrangenents, possibly several times. if I could give a zero I would. Such a shame because it started off as a good experience with such lovely sales people Kiara, Marie and another lady that helped us. But they unfortunately were the only ones who seemed to care but had very little leverage on what to do. I have never left a review but the way I was handled as a customer by Colton is horrific! Colton was extremely unprofessional and needs some training on customer service. He hung up on me when I was venting my frustrations about how they handled the delivery. I honestly would never ever purchase from here or any mattress firm. They don't have a live agent to speak to about horrible experiences that you encounter at a specific location. I'm flabbergasted at how bad I was treated and how much lack of care these people have for the sale. My delivery was scheduled for 1/7/2024 from 1:15-3:15pm. the driver called us at 1:07 and said he was pulling in. I made him aware that I wasn't going to be there until 1:30 which is the 15 min grace period they allow. The guy said no problem. I was there at 1:29 pulling in and no truck. i called the driver and he said he left. they have to provide a photo of time stamp delivery and that was for 1:09pm and left at 1:22 so he didn't even wait 15 min lol. Colton lied about the reschedule Date and seemed not to care one bit about it. When I said to cancel, it sounded as if he said yay which I question and he said he said ok. Customer service! I recently came into the store because I had bought a Mattress and a a base at another store, it turned out the base would not fit into my RV bedroom and it had to be sent back. We needed a split Queen base in order for the base to fit in the room. I was having a terrible time finding a split Queen base that was adjustable to fit on a platform. Adrian was extremely helpful in making calls to help me. He never gave up and even texted me later with other suggestions. I finally located one online and shared the info. with Adrian. If I need a mattress or base for a home in a few years, this is where I will purchase from. Imagine being a customer! When I was treated so well not being one. Best mattress I ever had. Josh was a professional sales associate who didn't pressure me. Told him my needs and I bought the first mattress he showed me. Tried some others, but no go. Bought it on Saturday and was delivered promptly on Sunday as scheduled. read more

We were just shopping and pricing mattresses. Mitchell was the best salesman, he was very patient and he knew his stuff!!

We spent 1 hour testing mattresses and asking numerous questions. We were with Josh the entire time. When the mattress was delivered it was not what we tested in the store. Upon realizing this, we called the store and spoke with a Brandy. She was in the store the day we were there but was dealing with other customers. When my husband called to explain the difference in beds, Brandy claimed to know our entire conversation. We were then told it would cost $1,200 more than the one we purchased (by the way $2,737). We were not told that. It was a classic bait and switch. I would not recommend this store or any of their others. If you call the headquarters, the only recourse is to talk to the store....they are the problem...why would I want to speak to them any more! read more

We couldn't agree with the reviews already on here more. Mario and Josh are truly what the model salesperson should actually should be and not what we are used to. They are honest, knowledgeable, very patient, not pushy at all, and even personable. We went in there about 3 times and each time felt very comfortable and not obligated. We were actually surprised with the quality of the experience and could not leave this great job unnoticed or relayed. They also kept to their policies when I found a better price on something which I thought would be a battle but it wasn't at all. If you are looking for a mattress Alicia and I would very highly recommend that you go to this specific store. You will come out very happy and well educated at the same time. Job well done guys. I hope your bosses see this because you truly do deserve some recognition. If more salesmen were like the two of you, consumers wouldn't dread going to shop for big ticket items.
