Her name was Kiara. I did not have the receipt from my purchase in 2019 and I needed to find out about the warranty process. Kiara was determined to get me the information I needed. She took her time going through all the names of everyone in my condo building until she found it! I was so grateful for her commitment to customer service. Not only because she took so much time locating my receipt but she also made sure to explain the warranty process and offer to help further if needed. Kiara provided me with her name at that time and hours she would be in. She also said anyone at the store would be sure to take care of me. My husband and I ended up going into the store a few hours later to pick out a new mattress. We are going to proceed with a claim but needed a replacement ASAP. Kiara made sure to show us mattress' to best meet our needs and allow us to try them out with no pressure at all to purchase!
