Her name was Kiara. I did not have the receipt from my purchase in 2019 and I needed to find out about the warranty process. Kiara was determined to get me the information I needed. She took her time going through all the names of everyone in my condo building until she found it! I was so grateful for her commitment to customer service. Not only because she took so much time locating my receipt but she also made sure to explain the warranty process and offer to help further if needed. Kiara provided me with her name at that time and hours she would be in. She also said anyone at the store would be sure to take care of me. My husband and I ended up going into the store a few hours later to pick out a new mattress. We are going to proceed with a claim but needed a replacement ASAP. Kiara's care is what made me want to make another purchase from Mattress Firm! Kiara made sure to show us mattress' to best meet our needs and allow us to try them out with no pressure at all to purchase! I advised her that I had an appointment on Monday around 10:30 am. She said to wait and see what 2 hour window would be given. OF course, the window turned out to be my appointment time. They said to call snd make a new appointment. I called and the female said she couldn't do anything that day. I called Tuesday and a male said he would make it right, which was a LIE. I called the following day and made the appointment for Friday on whuch I yet again had another appointment for 3:30 pm. Matress Firm texted me on Thursday evening & advised the 2 hour window was 2:30 to 4:30 pm. I canceled my hair salon appointment so I could take the mattress abd lost my hair stylust. Also gad another kab appointment at 2 pm Friday. Mattress Firm delivery arrived at 1:40 PM, an HOUR BEFIRE THEIR DELIVERY WONDOW. I couldn't take the mattress as I was leaving for my other quick lab appointment. After, I had a fit and calked the Stuart Mattress Firm, they brought the mattress at 3:20 PM. In summary, the nightmare starts when you attempt setting up delivery. You have to call Mattress Firm to maje rearrangenents, possibly several times. Mattress Firm DID NOT CALL ME TO MAKE NEW APPOINTMENTS. THE CUSTOMER TAKES ON ALL THE WORK AND CONSTANT STRESS. ​
