I would have given them the business. Brian, who was the representative contractor working at the company, and may even be the owner, could not have been more disorganized and disrespectful in his interactions. Anybody who behaves like this from what appears to be a successful company, doesn't deserve business. We were delighted with the quality, but more importantly the business transaction and professionalism.
