We made a deposit, set up a time, and their sons came out and did the install in two hours. They very friendly, explained everything, used drop clothes, washed all the new shelving, and vacuumed. I would have given them the business. Brian, who was the representative contractor working at the company, and may even be the owner, could not have been more disorganized and disrespectful in his interactions. Anybody who behaves like this from what appears to be a successful company, doesn't deserve business. Feel free to contact me and I can let you know reasonable alternatives whom we eventually gave the business to. We were delighted with the quality, but more importantly the business transaction and professionalism. I will stress I am evaluating this company clearly on their professionalism, and client management. Consumers need to be aware.
