But what was even more impressive was they actually gave me money back after finding out that some of the services wouldn't be needed. If I ever have a problem like this in the future, there's no question I'll be reaching out to PuroClean of Western Reserve.

We have used Berry Hoffman of Hoffman Construction and his crew for several construction projects,…read morebig and small. We have always found Barry punctual, responsible, resourceful, and imaginative in finding solutions to problems in our older home. We needed a structural repair for a recurring crack in our ceiling that was due to a design defect dating from its original construction. Barry worked out a solution with our structural engineer and came up with a novel solution the engineer approved. Barry's crew worked over three days to rebuild the ceiling support in the narrow crawl space of our attic. They were always on time, polite, informative, and cleaned up promptly and thoroughly at the end of the day. We had a second HVAC issue which Barry dealt with the same creativity and responsibility. We have found his prices reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. We heartily recommend Hoffman Construction for all your home repair issues.

I worked with Kitchen and Bath Etc. to design and implement a kitchen remodel. I worked with…read moredesigner Tara Wenger from initial discussion through completion. Tara has an open and collaborative approach while adding her experience and design knowledge which resulted in a kitchen I could not have imagined on my own but reflects me. Details of the design and layout were greatly paid attention to. The kitchen has great flow and function as well as beauty. I was given ideas and resources but was allowed time and freedom to look for backsplash tile and lighting that was not in their showroom which enabled me to make the kitchen mine and unique. I do wish as much detail was paid to execution. Craftsmanship was stellar. However, I was the one paying attention to details on some work such as clean up, scratches to be repaired or alignment of drawers/doors. These were always taken care of urgently after I brought them to K&B's attention but I would rather they consistently checked work along the way. I also feel they could have been more consistent on cleanliness of site. My space was fairly open to other rooms but there are walls. Some of the the tradesman hung plastic and cleaned up after their work, others sanded without any barrier nor fans leaving me far more to clean up than expected nor necessary. Every single person who entered the home was respectful and pleasant. I trusted them to be in the home while I was not. I definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Etc. and Tara. I definitely recommend working with K&B.

Great communication with what will get done and when it will get done. They're extremely busy so they first had us booked for a few months out, but due to a cancellation they were able to make it the following week and I jumped at the opportunity. Their team rebuilt our front porch, repaired broken arches, fixed several window lintels, and repointed a lot of worn out mortar around the exterior. The guys were all incredibly professional, and the craftsmanship is excellent and a great value. Everything turned out great, and it gave us wonderful peace of mind to have these major repairs completed before getting settled. We have been thoroughly enjoying our home ever since.
