Jared met with me and walked me through how my home was built and functioning today and what work was needed to have a quality finished basement. He also worked with the city to run a dye test to determine if our sewer was combined or separated and then turned around a quote in a reasonable time. Jared also invited me to look at work they were doing for a home down the street and walked me through what they were doing, why, and how it would be for my home. They also worked with the Home Heritage Program to help me get a low interest loan, which is more work for them, but they understood the process thoroughly and helped walk me through it. For the project work itself, the crew was timely and knocked out the work in November despite the cold and some rain. It was very impressive to watch the crew work as they moved quick but did it with quality and they were respectful to my home. Jared also is in the trenches himself doing the work and he also worked with me to understand what they were doing and checked with me on scope and questions as they progressed. I'm very happy with the end results for both the waterproofing and concrete. This business is also family owned and operated and is actively involved in the Lakewood community. They were a foam company. After seeing some referrals I called TD leveling. He came out a few days after I called and told them exactly what I wanted he did not try to upsell me he said yes sir and then said his office would call to schedule. A week or so went by I got a call from a nice lady who then scheduled me for today Friday this was about a week ago. The truck showed up on time and the workers got right after it but had to play with my dog a little bit first. As you can see they drilled some holes in the front walk and not pictured I also had two slabs by my garage lifted as well. Total time committed was about an hour they cleaned up after themselves you can't even tell they were here. The cost to lift four slabs was $700. Being is that this was maybe a quarter of the other quotes I got I happily paid it. Economical efficient did the job good. Real good. 10 out of 10 would hire again.

They were able to complete the project ahead of time and did a professional concrete job. This included excavating the existing stone out of the driveway, setting forms, pouring a "dry" mix of concrete 5" to 6" deep, using wire reinforcement, adding a broom finish and sealing all concrete with a sealer. The workers were personable, polite, hard working and showed professionalism while at our job. I would recommend Fiucci Builds for their workmanship, competitive pricing and professional.

Numerous window coil springs/balances break everytime I try to tilt them out to clean the windows. The part that breaks is cheaply made. And You have to silicone the frames so they open smoothly.
