Our project was a…read moresimple interior staircase and we were told they use all their own people and their contract Terms stated 90 days to complete the project. First of all their own people are designers and project managers, all labor is done by sub-contractors. Unless you are assigned their "A" team be very concerned because we initially were not and spent 4 miserable months under poor project management and poor carpentry work which had to be torn out twice. Nothing was installed to code twice and the railing was only held in place by three nails. During these first 4 months there was not one minute of work done one whole month. Finally executive management visited our home and immediately said to tear out everything and proceeded to change the project manager and assigned their No. 1 project manager, carpenter, painter and carpet installer. In just over another month because of minor problems we have a finished project. Total project took 98 days (only Mon-Fri counts) so we asked for price concessions since it exceeded the contract of 90 days and we are paying over $30,000. They conceded like $300 and said the delays were largely because of scheduling sub-contractors through a very busy 2022 fall. Of course there is wordage in the contract they can quote. It would have been a big risk on our part to go to court and possibly shelling out even more money to cover that expense. Definitely a terrible experience.

He was so reckless and the operations manager wouldn't even stand up to him!!! Was one of the worst jobs in my 32 working years ever!! The driver that was high on weed at work even threw me under the bus so bad I only was allowed to work there 2 days and let go!!

Scott at kitchen Masters was not able to help us find out what color paint we could use to repaint the doors and drawer fronts of almost all the lowers. He said that they didn't keep records that long?.? For the $ we spent, I expected the cabinets to last longer than 8 years. I gave a 2 star rating only because all the installers and electricians etc. were very professional.

Complete kitchen remodel moved stove, dishwasher, all new cabinets and flooring…read more It all started with Jake coming over for an initial meeting and right away I knew that he spent some time in the industry as he was finishing my sentences on things I wanted and added a few great ideas. Pricing came back and it was very fair. Then we met with their design team and their amazing store. We met Martyna and SHE IS INCREDIABLE!! She worked extremely hard to find some cabinet hardware that we ended up loving and you can tell she knew the ins and out of the smaller details of kitchens. After the work began we noticed how friendly, professional and clean their crew was and they were great with my dogs that escaped a few times. I want to stress how clean they were as they took time after leaving everyday to clean up and organize any tools in the corner. The process itself took a little over 3 weeks which was much faster than we thought, and they did not comprise any quality in my eye. Communication was great and I would use them again in a heartbeat. There was a very small issue that arose afterwards and they came out to fix it so that proves they stand behind their work. I bought a sectional from them in September 2021 which they…read moresaid would take about 3 months to be available due to Covid etc. 3 months pass and I get an automated text in December that it's ready to pick up, and that I only had the next 3 days to do so. On Christmas week. I got it done, it had been a stressful month for me personally and you throw that on top of it it was just a lot.. but no complaints on the sectional, I love it. I just wish they gave you more time for pick up. I had to wait 3 months, and they gave me 3 days. Don't choose delivery unless you're all for the convenience. They charge based on how expensive your order is. My sectional was over $2000 and they wanted $270 for delivery...pass. I rented a uhaul and picked it up no problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went into the store to checkout counter stools. I found some that I liked but went home to make sure that's what I wanted. I ordered them online the next day. Then I got a text saying I could call about my order details. I called (this was Sunday) and they told me I could pickup anytime next week Monday after 2pm. I went there that next week Monday at 3pm to pick them up and they told me the stools weren't there and that they aren't even in the truck yet. I told them that someone over the phone told me I could get them today. She said no, you'll get a text saying they're ready for pickup and have to schedule a time. I was real irritated. Waste of my time. Blew off 2 separate plans to go do that after work. Then of course 2 days later is when I get that text. I went back in there, pickup was no issue. We got home and had to assemble the chair legs etc and one of the legs was missing a "foot". It sucked but we had a quick solution. Then I notice the feet are scratching my floor so bad. So... we pried all the feet out of the legs and put pads on instead. Problem solved. I rate a 3 because the stuff I've bought from them is nice quality- I love both the stools and sectional. But the foot issue with the stool really irked me and so did the pickup miscommunication. I plan to order a new area rug from them too soon so I hope I don't have any more issues.

I paid the $100 for delivery and the day before delivery I was told it was not ready and I had to schedule out another 1-2 weeks. I requested a refund to my delivery fee as their part of the deal was not upheld. I was told to call customer service where they went back and fourth with me for 20 minutes saying all they could give me was $23 off. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.
