They let there employees that drive a 26 ft box truck drive it high on weed!! And because I had an issue with it and almost died in the truck that the one driver was driving so close to other cars I for the first time was scared to ride with him!!! He was so reckless and the operations manager wouldn't even stand up to him!!! Was one of the worst jobs in my 32 working years ever!! bad refrigerator install, didn't even verify the opening like grand appliance does,we have to cut the panels down to fit and hardware was wrong for the fridge panels. had to call the manufacturer to get more parts. i am a contractor and will never go back there! opening needed to be reworked for the new fridge and they didnt even verify it .the fridge they replaced was from them,you could easily see it was a different size opening...dumb and dummer read more

Not sure why it is showing CA, but this is in Waukesha/Milwaukee Wisconsin area We had to have our home rebuilt due to a fire, our so called contractor told us that Nonn's is who we had to go through after we told him who we wanted. I will not EVER go through this company again and would not suggest anyone else. The flooring was installed in October and have had them out twice for issues. The first one was because the flooring was splitting apart and all they did was kick the back together and use gorilla glue to hold it together. Then a couple of weeks ago, I had to call them up again as the same thing is happening and the floor is moving now showing the subfloor. The picture uploaded is the email I got back from them and this floor isn't even a year old year. Run, run as far away from this company as all they care about is making the money and screw the customer. Be careful using this company. I bought countertops, backsplash, and a kitchen sink from them. This was my first time ordering countertops for my home and this experience was awful. 1) Their customer service skills are horrible. I had multiple staff members treating myself and family members very rudely. No apologies ever given. I cannot stress this point enough!! Rude. Rude. Rude. 2) The showroom staff I worked with was giving me wrong information and required prompts from myself to buy items needed for my installation, when they should be the most educated on this process. Emails/phone calls went unanswered for days. This person needed more training in order to be competent to sell to potential clients. My paperwork was not filled out correctly because the proper instruction was not given to me by the showroom staff and therefore part of my countertop was not cut correctly. 3) I filled out their surveys and they went unanswered and concerns were never acknowledged at the end of this process. There are plenty more issues I encountered with this company. These are just the main points. Again, please be careful if you decide to use them. read more

My husband and I just had new flooring installed and it is beautiful. A huge shoot out to the installers Joe and Eric. They did such a fantastic job. They were excellent workers and so friendly. We went in on September 23rd to get a quote for flooring and we are STILL waiting for the quote. The lady who helped us told us that the person who does the quotes was out of the office until October 9th. We told her we want it sooner and she said she would get that to us. We have never heard anything from the company since then. We went to Carpetland USA and got the SAME exact flooring that Nonn's had and got it for almost a $1.00/square foot cheaper. Stay away! Total rip off and terrible customer service. If I could give half a star I would. We built a new house and came to Nonn's to pick out countertops and frooring. First, the sales lady told us the Quartz was out of our budget and to stay away from that. She then convinced me that molded marble was more durable and cheaper than granite, even though I hate the look of the counter and sink all in one. So I compromised and picked out molded marble in the bathrooms and granite in the kitchen, since you spend most of you time in the kitchen anyways. I chose a few options for the kitchen to get price quotes on. When I got the paperwork, I made my selections based on the prices given. When they cleaned up the paperwork with only my final selections, the price on the granite counter increased significantly, going way over budget. I was told that the sales lady miscalculated and that was the new price. I always thought when you got a quote and signed it that that was the price and it didn't go up. Not the opinion at Nonn's. They would not work with me, so eventually my builder suggested Halquist Stone in Pewaukee which turned out to be fantastic and I got all granite counter tops within my budget. I also picked out flooring which turned out to be a disaster, but was unable to switch to a different company. My color scheme is in the grays. We picked out a white/gray tile that turned out nice, the only flooring I didn't have a problem with so far. I was told that the laminate wood flooring we chose was very durable and great for dogs and kids. Well, we had to have 3 boards replaced before we even moved in because of chips. We slid the kitchen table and it scratched the floor. When was the last time you damaged you floor from moving a table or chair? Not durable at all. Next, we chose tile for our master bath, but when it was laid it looked nothing like the sample. It took many arguments back and forth between me, my builder and the sales lady before she admitted that there were only 3 tiles out of 8 boxes laid on the floor that looked like the sample tile. Eventually, we were able to pick out a different tile with some added costs which I also questioned. I was told that the prices displayed in the showroom are not what you pay. There are many factors that determine my cost and I was not allowed to see the breakdown. In my opinion, just a way to get me to pay more for their mess up. Finally, our carpet. It is very plush, but it is beige. I have gray walls, gray and black counters, and grey and white tile. The lighting in the showroom is very misleading, the sales person should have known that this was not a good color, but she pushed it anyways. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the products I was sold. I even wrote an email it the store manager, but never got a response. We had a great experience buying from Nonn's! Angela Schwartz was awesome helping us pick out carpeting for our stairs and entire upper level remodel. The carpet installers were extremely competent and detail oriented. Everyone absolutely loves the carpeting, and we will definitely do business with Nonn's in the future! read more
