Complete kitchen remodel moved stove, dishwasher, all new cabinets and flooring…read more It all started with Jake coming over for an initial meeting and right away I knew that he spent some time in the industry as he was finishing my sentences on things I wanted and added a few great ideas. Pricing came back and it was very fair. Then we met with their design team and their amazing store. We met Martyna and SHE IS INCREDIABLE!! She worked extremely hard to find some cabinet hardware that we ended up loving and you can tell she knew the ins and out of the smaller details of kitchens. After the work began we noticed how friendly, professional and clean their crew was and they were great with my dogs that escaped a few times. I want to stress how clean they were as they took time after leaving everyday to clean up and organize any tools in the corner. The process itself took a little over 3 weeks which was much faster than we thought, and they did not comprise any quality in my eye. Communication was great and I would use them again in a heartbeat. There was a very small issue that arose afterwards and they came out to fix it so that proves they stand behind their work. Huge thank you to Jake and Martyna!!

The Tile Shop

The Tile Shop provided a referral to us for shower work. The "contractor" they referred, Tom, has…read morenow cost us thousands in repairs and re-work. He patchily grouted the shower and never caulked, water is behind and under the tile now. He never even sealed! He then tiled the floors to match, and never fully grouted leaving holes. He also failed to take out the old floor, elevating the new floor significantly causing a trip hazard at each of the thresholds. He had to cut down our very expensive six panel oak doors so they would fit on the new floors, but he cut them so poorly. They are now jagged and stripping at the bottom. We have a new contractor coming in to do the work again, but it's going to cost us thousands and thousands more because now he has to demo and we have to buy new doors. We paid him in full, (stupid, I know) and then he stopped responding to our calls and texts, because my husband called him "unprofessional" for being non-responsive and not doing the work properly. I could cry. Beware of Tile Shop referrals.

i went to the Tile Shop with my contractor to purchase tile and miscellaneous items for…read moreconstruction. The contractor took forever to complete the project and when I went to return some items they would not refund my money because the items were purchased more than 60 days prior. in addition, they would not take back an open box of tile with about 40 tiles in it. I had no problem returning individual tiles at TWO "Big Box" stores. I'm not sure why I paid more for the tile but got less service. in the future, I will save money and get better service by using a big box store. Super disappointing.

What we thought were hardwood doors are actually made out of painted particle board. Scott at kitchen Masters was not able to help us find out what color paint we could use to repaint the doors and drawer fronts of almost all the lowers. He said that they didn't keep records that long?.? For the $ we spent, I expected the cabinets to last longer than 8 years. I gave a 2 star rating only because all the installers and electricians etc. were very professional.
