We paid in full for his work after the cabinets were delivered. He was pleasant and easy to communicate until we paid. When cabinet's installation was completed, a fair amount of adjustment and improvement was necessary, but Tad was nowhere to be found. He has not been returning our phone calls or answering text messages. Only the pressure from our general contractor made him come over once to fix just one of many problems.
