12:04 の bedbathandbeyond.com Wanted one, got two! Terrible customer service. The vanity is just okay. Pressed lightweight wood covered with a laminate wood. And I have two of the exact same thing! I ordered the 72 inch vanity and checked on the delivery the next day. I could not find the order anywhere and assumed it got lost. I had to place another order. Four days later I get a notification through Google that my BB&B order is being processed. I never use a Google account. My only BB&B account is through another email. I called immediately and waited on hold for 24 minutes. The agent, who did not speak English well, finally found the order and realized that there were two existing orders. She told me she would cancel the order and I would be receiving an email to confirm, but it would take 24-48 hours. I asked her to contact the oversized order dept. right then and there. She told me they can only communicate through email. That was on a Friday. On Monday I received an email saying that my order was being prepared for delivery so I called again. After a half hour wait on hold the agent found the issue and told me he would take care of the problem. I was told not to worry and that 90% of incorrect orders like this get cancelled successfully. The next day I get an email saying that the order was being shipped. I called again, waited on hold again, and explained the situation again. This agent told me that he could not do anything about it. It was an oversized order and it couldn't be cancelled. I explained that it was far too expensive to pay for two and to please escalate the situation. I asked to speak to a manager. He put me on hold. came back 5 minutes later to say that the supervisor took another call and wouldn't be able to speak to me. He would be in touch in 24-48 hours. He called after 52 hours to say there was nothing he could do but put me in touch with returns. Nobody can connect with any other department immediately. Everything has to be done via email and it takes days. The customer service agents tell you what you want to hear so that they get a good review from you at the conclusion of the call. I was assured by two agents that the order was in the process of being cancelled. When I heard from the returns department through email, they told me that it would cost me $450 to return. Delivery would not be stopped. I now have two large vanities of mediocre quality sitting in my garage. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a purchase. I was a frequent shopper but I will no longer use them. The employees hands are tied, and they are instructed to give lip service. Don't trust what they tell you. Also the first vanity delivery was just left in my garage without notice that it was coming and without anyone signing for it. I found it the next morning. read more

I wanted patio furniture, I was pointed in the direction of the online store. I ordered some chairs. The site was a bit misleading and I ordered 8 chairs but got 16 as there were two in each box. I returned per Bed Bath and Beyond 4 boxes. NOWHERE did the tell me the shipping costs. The emailed me printing labels, but NO MENTION of cost. They charged me $384.14 for $580 worth of product? Who in their right mind would pay that? Not me. I would have kept them or given them to a family member. NOW they won't do anything about changing said return cost. This is so wrong. read more

In addition cone with your coupons to get even further savings. We ended up looking for one item and ended up coming out with four different things we didn't even know we needed. read more

Ladies if you missed the sale today, I'm so very sorry. Everything was an additional 25% off. You missed your chance on a Dyson. I'm a Dyson chick. I own everything Dyson, from the Animal, to their different light weight machines. I'm also fully stocked with their blow dryer, and styling tools ( check out Sephora!) I came in for coffee, had to drive to another location for the coffee I desired. It was the best deal ever. Customer service was helpful in locating the product at another location for me. Yes, I purchased several boxes of coffee at another location. However, BBB stayed open till 11pm in CT. I'm a CT, NYC, UK Lady, to name a few. NYC never sleeps. For Fairfield to stay open till 11pm. That was icing on the cake!!!!! Tonight's purchase included a round woven basket, two THERAPEDIC Memory Form Neck Support Pillows, Wipes, 2 mint Hersey KitKats Duos, something I do not remember, and a dyson V11 torque drive. The entire staff at this location was more than accommodating, especially Val who went over and beyond. Hats off to you lady!!!! Btw, your eye glasses were absolutely fabulous!!!!! They have just about everything! Reasons to shop here: Save those $5 & 20% off coupons- they apply to just about everything & never exspire!! They sell Yankee Candles & offer great mark down prices on the "after season" scents.Love the over all convenience of this store. But the biggest reason that I purchase all (well, most) of my cosmetics, toiletries, H & B aids etc here is bcz the assortment, Brands, & PRICES for cosmetics etc are waaaay less than all area drug stores! Essie & Seche Vite polish too. Quick prompt service. Helpful pleasant staff. Clean rest rooms is always a plus. Drawbacks: The prices for small appliances are steep as are most of the "home" decorating etc items. read more

While the selection at this Bed Bath & Beyond is excellent, there are a few things that make this specific location just A-OK. The great thing about this store is you can find just about anything at BB&B. HOWEVER, they don't have EVERYTHING. I found it funny how a store called Bed, Bath & Beyond sells only 2 styles of floor lamps. I've never had a hard time finding anything else, but I'm sure this has happened to others before. For the bad: For starters, the parking situation here is horrible, so you're lucky if you can find a spot during busy times. Also, the employees here, while friendly, aren't very likely to help you find something. They may tell you what isle it's in or what section, but in my dozens of trips to this store I've only ever had one employee actually walk me to an item, which I call exceptional customer service (Whole Food's CS model). read more

I went in to look for an electric razor for body grooming. There were several but not enough info displayed for the product. I got the other things I needed and tried to get an associate to help me with the electric razors. There were 2 ladies helping these 3 ass clown customers who were just being obnoxious. I was trying fo get 1 of them to help me out but had no luck. A cashier checked me out for the stuff I did get and told me the clerk that handles the razors already went home for the night (yeah ok!) the manager was completely clueless and no help at all. I used to get great service at this location. Not so much anymore. And they wonder why 40 of their stores are closing due to bankruptcy! I'll just buy my electric razor on Amazon. When I check my credit card statement at the end of every month, I realize just how often I shop here. They have quite a good selection, especially kitchen wares, and the staff are quite nice and upbeat. Big box chains often come with really cranky and depressed workers, but everybody's pretty sweet and helpful at this Bed Bath. Another common big box issue, empty and picked-over shelves, is not a problem here either. Returns are hassle free, which I appreciate given how much dosh I drop here. I'll probably be back in there tomorrow! read more

I want to say that the store manager, Fred at this location went above and beyond to help me out during the Christmas season. I ordered an online item from his store and the shipping company delivered it to the wrong place which as of today has still not been recovered. I brought it to the attention of Fred and he immediately located like item from a nearby store and had it delivered out that day. He kept in contact with me during this transaction, the whole way. The package made it to it's intended recipient before Christmas. I want to say that Fred saved the day for me and this was something he did not have to do. I could have been at the mercy of FED EX, which I have done before. Thank You Fred and Bed Bath and Beyond for your fantastic customer service and genuine concern for your customers.
